Petco — Local services in Inglewood

I purchased a pick up at a different store in error so I went to the Ladera store for advice. I WAITED In LINE for assistance in locating the item - I looked and couldn't find it. I went back to the line, WAITED and asked for assistance. The female cashier stated that her colleague was "helping a customer in the back" so I went to the back of the store and called, "excuse me;" didn't see anyone nor did I get a response. I went back to the front line and inquired again and the female clerk stated, "let me take her (a new customer), and I'll help you," as she typed something on the register. it's upsetting to think about this experience...

A male clerk, seemingly irritated, came to the front to assist. While directing me to the item and cashing me out, his mood was distasteful and...

Had a really bad experience for an in store pickup today. I received an email that the item I was picking up was ready for pickup. When I got to the store I was helped by a manager named Gabriel. I showed him the email that said my order was ready and he proceeded to say “Yes, I just saw your order in the front.” He then went to the section where all the pickup orders are, doesn’t find it, and then comes back and says “We don’t even have your order in the system.” He then proceeds to help out other people, while I wait for 15 minutes wondering if I’ll ever get my order. He eventually comes back and says that said item was out of stock. Like come on, if you accidentally gave my order away or didnt have the item in stock, why have me wait around...

Ugh so two stars because they’re closest to me BUT they have like nothing in the reptile section and NO freezer for frozen mice etc. They never have anything I need. I don’t understand how they do dog training here but they don’t have room for heat lamps or reptile food. Aisles are small and cramped, ugh I literally just left the store and it’s just so irritating. This is exactly why I only go to the bigger per stores, a few miles down the road. Super inconvenient if I just want to go grab something quick, I’m just annoyed I guess. Tried taking my time in the aisle to see if I could find anything useful and the employee came in to start stocking, I don’t mind because it’s literally their job but I can’t shop with someone breathing...
