The worst 😫 the food is 🤮 the selection is horrible. Also no small soup cups pizza is always old and dried out. Amazon has no clue what's going on behind the scene. This Amaxon fresh is the worst compared to others. Cerritos is top tier along with Huntington beach and more. I noticed they discontinued the best dishes the things people loved the most. Who does that smh, the egg rolls were sooo good a top seller also the orange chicken people loved they were huge pieces and super good. I never ever see those items at no Amazon fresh anymore. The turkey Chilli is so good but hard to find not to many have it any who, who ever is managing the Amazon fresh at this location need to be fired the hot food director to. I would never let any of these people run my place of business. The employees at this location hate their job and it shows. They mope around unhappy I ask a female a question about the food they look at you crazy and make a face like I do not give af. It's insane how unhappy those people are and the store manager shame on you. I was picking up a package 📦 and was shocked 😲. All of the food over there was dried out looking half gone or limited. Normally, it's a one-stop shopping experience. I'm able to pick up my packages while doing a little shopping. One complaint there should be at least two registers opened. It seems the self check out only takes either your card on file or on hand. The last time I was ready to check out, there was another customer with a large checkout order, which was frustrating because other customers had to wait in line to use cash. I wanted to pay in cash, but as much as I wanted to pay using cash, I was unable to wait. Though I asked another checker if they could consider opening another register. Instead, I was directed to self-checkout. At other grocery stores, that doesn't happen. Amazon Fresh, you're losing customers to your nearby competitors.
