Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I'm a regular, they are always friendly and the chicken at this location is especially tasty and juicy. I wish the packaging for Chipotle as whole was better. The bowls just cant hold up.

Editing my review after today's experience..I don't know if COVID-19 is the culprit, but I come here pretty regularly and they recently started calling out prices or charging for like a side of pico. Which is weird. Sometimes I go big and get alot of stuff and sometimes I just want to minimize carbs so chicken and rice with a side a pico is my go to. But today was really strange the woman was all tight faced and just tossed my pico into my bag, I guess because I forgot to order the pico in the beginning..She says oh now its a bowl I'm like huh? Thats new. I always get pico and its never been a bowl..I came in a few days ago and got a quesadilla but added corn and beans..He says we have to charge for a burrito. I'm thinking okay Why is this being announced I normally just order and pay. Never considered the price but if the toppings are no longer free like salsa they should put a sign up and leave it at that,why mess up the experience talking...

This location has been consistently amazing in their customer service, professionalism, quality in service as well as standards. I literally go out of my way and sometimes endure a bit of traffic to enjoy food from this location as opposed to one that is closer and more conveniently located to me. In the past with a different location there was always an issue with availability of toppings or vinaigrette dressing. As a regular customer, this can obviously be quite frustrating to consistently experience that- which is why I changed and began coming here! I am so happy with THIS (La Tijera) location. The toppings are always available and replenished in a timely manner. (I do realize when there are sudden unforeseen influxes in orders toppings may diminish quicker than usual. But, I would like to commend this location for consistently working to combat that by working diligently and efficiently on trying to minimalize it from being an issue. So much so I have yet to experience items not being available!) Great job team!...

I come here often and usually get the steak, which I enjoy without any issues—it’s never too spicy. However, last night I came in with my toddler and ordered a kids’ steak for her. She started crying after taking a bite, and I couldn’t figure out why. I tasted it myself and was shocked—it was extremely spicy, even for me! I went back the next day and spoke to an employee, who explained that this particular steak is one of their spicier options. They mentioned that the mild options are the carnitas and chicken, but honestly, I don’t think the steak should have been that spicy. It was comparable to the heat of their red sauce. I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting that type of meat for kids, here.

Unfortunately, today’s experience wasn’t great. The food was very salty, and when I asked a question, the staff just looked at each other without answering me. The customer service wasn’t the best. However, I do want to mention that the Caucasian guy with a ponytail is really nice and always provides...
