I really appreciated for taking the time to listening to me and your caring and trying to find a solution. for my injury.. workers compensation had sent me to him . very professional; caring and knowledgeable. I am glad I did . He felt my pain and knew. How to start trying to solve the several injuries I had . He id very knowledgeable and professional. Was well informed regarding my injury I had a worked . He knew and understood what is happening to me with my mobility which I had made me very stress down ; sad and depressed. He was very empathetic. Unfortunately he only got the neck injury and no my back injury/yet. He talked to me with honesty . Explained to me reason I can no raise my arms or write well or hold much on my hands and the chronic pain I m going tru as well as my neck / shoulder / wrist / hands. He did educated me of what to expect and what to do to help me to try to recover for my neck / back injury. And he will be taking care of me .. He said to please..To be patient since it s no a fix quick. That it will take a long time . Sometimes years .🥲 No what I wanted to heard . But love his honesty . He explained and make me understand that it’s nothing that could be done to cure me fast . To be patient with myself and to try my best to follow all his instructions and my doctors . To take care of myself. Once you hurt your back or neck . It will never get back as it was . 😢 Thank you Doctor. 🙏🌹 Love him . Very knowledgeable and caring . Really took the time to listen to me without rushing me off . He did Asked questions and took notes .. He will also review all my texts being done in the Hospital. That were done as soon as I had the injured. Since My life had changed dramatically. From being a single mom and always having multiples jobs and very active . Now I feel like a 380 years old women . With tremendous pain in my neck ; arms ; shoulders; wrist ; upper ; back ; middle and lumbar. I had being in bed and barely doing much due to my chronic pain ;after my injury for approx 1 year and half . Even-thought I was advised by others Great Doctors also that I need two big major surgeries otherwise I could get worst , And now I understand. It’s no something that will get me back as before. Time will heal and I trust he will guide me and help me to go tru all this struggling I am going tru . , So a least I felt and I feel . I am no alone in this hard road of trying to recover. The women in the front desk office is great also the one behind the front desk door. However the medical doctor itself at hand doesn't respect your physical concerns that's going on with you. I had a serious head injury where I experience vertigo for several months and result of my head injury my neck sustained a bad injury. The result of that injury I continuously get numbness in my arms and hands. I asked for an MRI more than three times the doctor refuses to give me one. My head injury took place March of 2002 here we are in February of 2023. I'm still having these issues. The doctor still refuses to give me an MRI. Not to mention that I've been on a leave of absence from work August of 2022 my leave of absence is over March of 2023. They just started my physical therapy in January. The physical therapy is counterproductive causing more injuries to my neck. I told the physical therapist that's not good for the spine he insist that I try anyhow. I had to stop going and continue my own physical therapy at home for the fact that physical therapist supposed to work with you. Not keep insisting for you to do something that makes you uncomfortable trying to get in that position at the same time doing that exercise. All injuries are not the same therefore you will always need some type of guidance from a professional physical therapy to make sure you're doing all new exercises correctly. Also not to do exercises that can put a strain on the actual injury on itself. When feeling discomfort you discontinue the exercise. I go back to the office they want me to do that exercise again. I'm too old to play around with kids where I was a professional athlete who dealt with injuries and physical rehabilitation and dealt with experience professionals older than me for years. I only give one star because I'm acknowledging. If the doctors were to practice better the ratings could be better. The doctors are supposed to help you not keep you injured when you're getting close to...

I have a spinal cord injury that caused me to be a quadrapalegic in 2006 so I have titanium plates and screws in my neck and a titanium rod in my right femur. I have been going to Healthpointe since 2015 in the Corona office. Dr. Leung retired so I was automatically handed over to Dr. Ghodsian in long beach and he lies to me telling me it's new company policy that he can't prescribe me the same medication that I've taken all these years with Dr. Leung after I overheard him prescribe the same medication to the previous patient that was white. After he finished with the patient before me he looks at me and decides to walk out to the lobby for 30 more minutes to visit with his friends that came to visit him he finally calls my turn after a total of an hour and a half wait and thinks its appropriate to answer his cell phone in the middle of my consultation. He then tells me he's cutting 3 of 5 medications completely and the one pain medication by half I then asked him if I would experience any adverse symptoms from such a drastic cut instead of being tapered down which I agreed to and he didn't care and told me that I should go somewhere else to find...
