When you want to take quick bites or just craving for awesome spicy chicken burger š, Chick-fil-A will never disappoint! šš¼āšÆ No matter which branch I go to, the taste tends to be as delicious as the one I had before; the chicken will always be juicy. š¤¤š This branch is also very spacious, well maintained, and has good ambience for dine in. š
The food: Spicy Deluxe Sandwich š¶ļøšš (10/10): If you love spice, then you can't go wrong with this. I have struggled to find an alternative spicy chicken burger that tastes as good as this! š«” The bun is chewy, the chicken fillet is juicy and thick, the lettuce are fresh and to top it off with the pepperjack cheese š§? You would just become happier with every bite.
Grilled Chicken Sandwich šš(8.5/10): If you want a healthier option, then this might be for you. It has less seasonings, therefore less sodium; which many Americans tend to consume excessively on a daily basis. š¤·š»āāļø I believe the bun is whole-grain, too. The chicken is still juicy, just not as flavorful as the spicy chicken sandwich (but then again, healthy food tends to taste more bland than the unhealthier ones).
Fries š (10/10): Oh yes, I love this! š The potato is thick and crunchy at the edges. All I will say is that I prefer Chick-fil-A fries compared to the ones in McDonald's. Remember to request for some Chick-fil-A sauce to go along with these fries, they are match-made in heaven! š«£
Chicken Soup šš² (10/10): This was definitely a good side dish, it has a pleasant aroma, definitely a suitable comfort food.
Overall, I will totally recommend Chick-fil-A. You know, they are closed on Sundays, that's how good...

My wife and I ordered through the app for drive-thru pick up and found out as the guy gave us our food that they donāt have jalapeƱos. It wouldnāt be too big a deal, but they arenāt updating the inventory on their app, so instead of them offering a refund on the jalapeƱos or really doing anything about it, the guy just stared at me and said sorry. Not too big a deal, right? But as we were driving off we noticed they forgot to put sauces in the bag, too! We decided to park and go inside to ask for the sauces. Two young employees were standing at the front counter and as soon as they saw the bag in our hands, they treated us like we were going to ask them to run a marathon or dig a mile long ditch. One guy just turns away to face a computer monitor and the guy we asked took a second to intentionally stare at us like we were annoying him, then proceeded to say āUuhhh, okayā in a tone of voice that would make a drill sergeant have a heart attack. Our interaction with him was maybe not even a minute, but he made the point to be rude and treat us like we were a problem to him. It makes me sad to think that that would even be considered acceptable behavior.
TL;DR - JalapeƱos sold out but still charged for them on the app. The staff we encountered unfortunately have not been taught good work ethic. Quality of location is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame her on 1/30 and was charged twice. Originally I paid the person who took my order in line on the iPad. When I got to the drive-thru window Joseph ,the cashier/food organizer, stated that my payment did not go through. I stated that I had already paid the lady w/ the iPad but he said it didn't work so he needs to do it again at the window. I was looking through my bank statements a few days later and saw two charges, one for $9.32 and one for $28.03! I am a single person who ordered a 3 piece meal. I called the chic-fil-a cares hotline in attempt to get my problem resolved. After two calls and a review on their website all I heard was crickets. I continued following up but still nothing.
Thankfully, I was finally able to find my receipt in my car after some digging. I called the chick-fil-la location regarding my issue. I spoke to Erik, the manager, and he stated that in order to receive a refund I would need to come to the location w. the same card that was used for the transaction, in addition to the receipt. So on top of their mistake I am responsible for pursuing a refund. When I arrived Erik, the manager, seemed as if I was inconveniencing him. He suggested that he was refunding me for the $9.32 charge - absolutely not, you charged me $28.03 in addition to my original/correct cost which was $9.32. The fact that I had to go out of my way, late for work, to retrieve a refund on behalf of their mistake is exhausting. The constant following up with no response is also...
