I just ordered food from the drive through, and it’s 9:55pm 1/17/23 as I’m writing this, I just don’t understand this generation. As soon as I pulled up to the window Dejana which I don’t think this is her name but she had braces and a colorful sweater with braids and her hood was on, which I felt was very unprofessional. She told me how much my total was and slammed the window admittedly! Didn’t ask me if I was using apple or nothing. Her coworker seen and he looked embarrassed, but was just as rude as her! His description was a little heavyset with a black El Pollo Loco sweater on with mini dreads in his hair dark skin. I guess they thought since I look young they could treat me any kind of way but I do not tolerate unacceptable behavior for no reason. I’m a customer wanting to eat food there was no reason why they should have been acting in a childish manner at a place of business in which they do not own clearly. They should be fired because they clearly are taking their job for granted. The worst people ever. They have a lot to learn! this world will most likely eat them alive because of their approach alone toward customers at the place of business. I also blame the supervisors that hired them because they have poor choice of character when it comes to someone representing the company. Read moreDon’t ask for well done chicken. Every single employee including the kitchen staff will give you a dirty look (and I mean EVERY single employee), hilarious. I asked for chicken on the side well done please, The cook said she didn’t have any well done chicken at the moment? Really? how hard is it? But no big deal, I said can you please put it in the microwave then, I’m ok with that, I asked for it to put in for 2-3 mins, it clearly wasn’t, so I asked them if they could put it in the microwave again for 1 1/2, I got more dirty looks and the lid thrown on counter face down not up. I my suggestion, if you don’t like working in customer service, get another job in another field. Simple. The salad was good so 2-stars. Minus the dirty looks.
