Open pretty late compared to most stores in area and plenty of parking in the Ladera Center. Large store has lots of clothing, shoes, housewares, backpacks and bags, some.personal electronics ranging from flashlights and phone chargers to Bluetooth speakers and headphones. Perfume, cosmetics and hygiene supplies, art supplies, some small tools and auto gear as well as some snacks and stuff. A large selection of many things at discounted prices. Many are name brand. The prices are just OK IMHO. Not department store prices but not usually too cheap either. There are some exceptional deals in the clearance section at times however. Lines are not usually too long and customer service seems a bit more attentive to your needs than average but far from being excellent. In the shopping center is Ralphs and CVS, Yogurtland, Petco, and many other stores making it a convenient place to get lots of shopping done. Exiting the parking lot can be a pain also but not.enough of a concern to avoid the place. Parking lot also has security personnel that are pretty active and might keep cars and shoppers somewhat safe but have on several occasions made a visit very unpleasant...ranging from overstepping their duties and believing they are supposed to act as loss prevention based on just speculation and become very aggressive very quickly. I've even seen them pepper spraying customers who were asked to leave stores for shoplifting who insisted they were not and when they complained were sprayed with pepper spray without warning. Will chase you down for riding a bike in lot at times for no other good reason and just very overbearing whenever they get involved. I'm not kidding that if you fit.a description of a person who is potentially a gang member or homeless I would totally avoid the whole shopping center because they seemed to be a little too concerned with prejudging a guests intentions and acting like night club bouncers who believe themselves to be above the law. But that's the shopping center...

I am totally shocked at the customer service I experience just 3 days ago, Friday around 5:36pm I called this location after just having an amazing shopping experience. One of the cashier mentioned that another Ross had open not too far from this location (Ladera center) and that I should check it out. I was with my daughter and her friends when we were in the car and could not find the location of the other Ross so i decided to pull over and call the Ladera center location. The lady answer the phone is was beyond Rude! I asked her if she could give me the address to the location of the Ross near by she replied “No” and Hung up the phone. I called right back the same lady answered I asked if she knew the cross streets of the other location and that i just left from their Ross before i could even finish my sentence the lady replied No and hung up the phone I called back to ask to speak to a Store manager and she replied “I am the store manager” then hung up once again! now i’m upset because this is poor customer service and this is a neighborhood store that i visit frequently along with my family and friends! I called back and the lady immediately hangs up the phone. I waited a few minutes called back but this time a new person answers the phone apologies saying “I don’t know what happened I just got off break”. I plan on reporting this to corporate, If corporate is reading this please investigate this incident and I would like if this employee is disciplined to the fullest! To have someone with this poor customer service skills should not be affiliated with your store nor should she be handling customers in this manner! I’m sure there are cameras at your registers that you all can view the calls around 5:36-5:39pm on Friday (June 12, 2020). Today 9/24/25 at 10:15 pm this store branch rushed all the customers to leave out of the store and said they were closing early tonite because they needed to clean up . They hounded the customers on every aisle to finish shopping and come to the front with their purchases they even made security come to everyone in the store telling us to hurry up the store is closing ! It is 10:15 pm the online website says they close at 11:00 pm . The security guard said they are closing early tonite . I could have sworn this was a million dollar company and not a franchise company they can not make up their own hours and dictate when they want to open and close they have to follow the corporations policy ! they lost so much money tonite by closing 45 mins early than closing time . I decided not to even make my purchase because of their disgusting behavior and false advertisement . FYI no retail store should say they are closing early because they need to clean up !
