I went into the Target by the Starbucks side. Had to go all the way to the back of it to pick some food up. Came back to the registers by Starbucks to pay on my way out. Asked 2 team members why the registers weren’t working & where should I pay. Was told I needed to go all the way back to where the market place was. & Pay at the registers by the other entrance. So, apparently Target is designed to have 2 entrances & registers by both of them. But whoever is in charge thinks that customers have the time, the energy, some the health to go back & forth between registers on both ends of the store. I left the merchandise by the non operating self check out & left. ?!? What a weird way to do business. If you go through the entrance in the picture Be Aware ! the registers don’t work on this side, the Starbucks side. Pay on the other side!!! Before coming back to exit through the street side. I guess if you walk here or take the bus you are not as valued of a customer as one that drove here & parked by the other entrance.

The neighborhood Target. It a few item of this and few items of that! I was greeted at the door. The store is stocked. The association’s are will to help. This store is clean with a in-store Starbucks☕️. There are five self checkout and three cashier. The parking is a garage free the first hour. There after is an additional fee each 15 minutes. You can order ahead and pick up your order in this store.

OK so I previously wrote a bad review because that's how it was when I visited this target location but today I gave it another chance and wow things got better.

I eagerly awaited the opening of this Target for a long, long time and am glad it finally opened (it's much more convenient than going to the one on Century for me). It is a smaller store, much closer in size and scope to a CityTarget than a regular big box store, so expectations should be kept in check; that being said they have a great variety of products to choose from, so easily about 90% of anything I would need I can get from this location. The staff are always nice and accommodating, and outside of some growing pains for a brand new store, I haven't had any negative experiences.

I see some people complaining about many of the toiletries and hygiene products being locked up, but it begs the question of whether or not they've ever been to other Targets. While the degree to which this is present at this location is greater than others, it's not at all unusual for items to be held at the front of the store until you are done shopping. This is not something I would consider untoward or unusual, but I can imagine how if it's your first time encountering this practice it can feel a tad weird. Any time I've had to call for assistance has resulted in a quick response, so it's not at all bad.

The Starbucks crew are all nice and friendly people, a few of whom seem to me to be new baristas, which again is fine, growing pains and all. I do like to stop by whenever I visit if I can! There is a CVS pharmacy in this location (which, funnily enough, is across the street from a full big box CVS store), but I haven't tried it out or been there, so I cannot speak to it, though I'm sure it's fine.

Ultimately, this store is a great addition to the neighborhood, and its proximity to transit (two major thoroughfares and the Downtown Inglewood Station on the K Line as well as the upcoming Inglewood People Mover between said K Line station and the Intuit Dome) make it very, very convenient to get to. Parking is free for the first hour and $2.50 for every 15 minutes thereafter (though importantly, a lost ticket is a whopping $50), so there's little reason not to stop by and...

I made a purchase of some toiletries at my local new target and with the purchase it said I received a five dollar gift card and they told me to take the one by the register which I did. I come back two days later to make another purchase and to use the gift card and twice I try to enter the information and it says the gift card cannot be activated so I take it to one of their team members who calls a manager and he proceeds to tell me that the gift card didn’t have a balance on it And I explained to him that I got it from their store two days ago regarding a purchase I made that granted a five dollar gift card then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to call the phone number on the back to make arrangements for it as opposed to them just handing me another five dollar gift card That was supposed to come with the purchase I made two days ago. To say that customer service at this store sucks is an understatement. It’s a small target as it is. It’s a little boutique target that doesn’t carry all of the things that the large target does the one thing that they could carry that wouldn’t cost them a dime would be exceptional customer service. Just think about that when...

Almost everything is locked up, from deodorant to razors. I have to call an employee for each row and case. What I thought was weird, is a lotion I use by CeraVe that is $20 was not locked up. Once an employee retrieves your item from a case, they have to take it to the front of the store. Good luck, I hope you remember all the items you sent to the front. If they don’t, it’ll stay right there, because all the items are mixed up. If you get an item from the many cases you can forget about using self checkout. This is too time consuming if you have a lot of things to get or you’re in a hurry. I live within walking distance and refuse to shop there because of this.

The employees are wonderful and extremely helpful!

This Target should think about another way to stop theft without making it difficult to shop. Perhaps have employees standing near the isles so they can quickly unlock the cases. They should have a cart with customer’s names, and add all the case items to the cart cubby so the cashier at the front isn’t searching for ALL the items that had to be unlocked and taken to the front...
