Apparently my roommate purchased something from here. I don't particularly know or care about the circumstances but for some reason Aaron's felt it was appropriate to send someone to the house to collect the bill. When they arrived, my roommate was not home. The young man POUNDED on my door so hard the door shook. When I answered the door and asked what he was here for he gave no information but babbled about something before calling what I assume was a supervisor. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending to me when I informed her my roommate was not home. "can't you knock on her door and check." No I cannot. I do not do business with this company nor is what my roommate does my business. I am not her mother nor even really her friend merely someone who lives in the same residence. I go days without seeing her. Furthermore, I established I was not my roommate and she still revealed that my roommate was late on a bill to me which is neither professional nor appropriate. I feel as though the customer service needs work. I am not delinquent on any bills nor do I owe this company anything but I was treated poorly because I happen to live with someone who does? Incredibly inappropriate. I suggest training technicians to be clear regarding what they are doing on someone's front porch. I do not let strange men access to my residence for no reason. I suggest figuring out a better way to collect bills. Perhaps a phone call, email, or notice on the door? Regardless, if you don't want someone showing up announced on your doorstep to solicit bills I recommend not chosing...

It was sitting in the show room so I fiqiured it most for sure be clean sanitize before it was sold right especially with call the COVID 19. I got it delivered this Saturday 10/10/20. I was very excited the truck came in about 3:30. They probably got done by 4 I asked them not to arranged the furniture since I wanted to do it. When they left I went to start to moved things arounds to my surprise when I pulled the cushions off the big couch it was full of dog hair. From one end to the othe then under the cushion was the same. It was desgusting. There was no way this was as cleaned before it was sold. I got on the phone right away there was no answer I called the next day they were close. I had to spend all Sunday cleaning them and sanitizing them myself. I regret my perchase I have a 7 and she was going to be home late Sunday night so this had to be cleaned. On Monday I called to complain and got a manager. All I got was a sorry They well tell there employees to clean the furniture better. And a half off my next payment a 45 dollar value. When I did he went on and on lecturing me about payment and that they were going to take the washer and dryer. I was not the person to talk to I was simply there and he wouldnāt understand that and kept harassing me. I tried to close the door and he kept telling me to wait until someone was on the phone with him. Only then would he let me shut the door. When I finally did he sat in the car outside the house for 5 minutes after. I let my girlfriend know over text how uncomfortable the situation was and called the company myself first. Nikki was very rude to me and after I threatened to call the police if he came to the door again she had excuses for the employee. My girlfriend and her dad both called and each time Mike and Nikki never gave an apology and were very rude, calling us liars and giving us attitude.
