Wonderful little movie theater that mixes the charm of an art house with the amenities of a multiplex. The beautifully designed building with an undulating wooden interior encased in an open glass atrium is perfect for meeting and talking with people before or after a film. The concessions stand is well stocked in both the usual movie theater fair like popcorn and candy, but also well-curated alcoholic beverages and artisanal snacks. The staff are nice. Read moreI. LOVE. THIS. THEATER. It is one of the things that makes Iowa City such a fantastic and amazing city. It has the craziest films and I get such a thrill looking at what pops up on their schedule. I have seen Clockwork Orange, Chungking Express, City of God, and all sorts of crazy and amazing classics here. The theater itself is amazing and I love the intimate one on the Ped Mall...

If FilmScene is showing a movie you'd like to see, see it @FilmScene you'll...
