Terrible. I knew exactly what I wanted. I was told they didn't have one. I told him I had seen it on line. Then I was told they only had a manual one but I could look down the aisle. It would be up high on the right. I couldn't find it. My daughter was with me and she couldn't find it. I went back to the cashier and asked if someone could help me. It took a minute and then he called someone and told me to go back down the aisle. A man approached me and I told him what I wanted. He pointed to the bottom shelf. I asked if it was electric. He said yes. So I picked it up and took it to the register. I am a 72 year old woman. There was no offer to help carry it. I carried it. Then when I got home, it wasn't electric. Great prices overall, but I had a disappointing experience a couple of years ago when I purchased a blue toolbox. I was informed it was in stock, so I drove home to get a larger vehicle, only to return and find out it wasn’t actually in stock. This really impacted how I felt treated as a customer, especially after spending over $1,250 on tools during that visit. I expected better customer service in resolving the situation, but instead, I was told the closest option was at the Cedar Rapids location or that I’d have to wait over a week to order it.
