My daughter is moving from Grinnell Iowa To Iowa City. My daughter needed someplace to store her belongings during the transition. I looked at a bunch of storage places and decided to call Store Local Storage. I’m so happy I did.

When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with Angel. As soon as he started talking I felt so relieved. He was AWESOME!! He explained everything to me and got me set up. Mind you, this was on a Sunday. Great customer service.

Once set up, I drove from Grinnell to Iowa City to the storage facility. The facility was clean and very easy to access. The Storage Locker was clean and easy to access. The app and the Bluetooth technology to access the facility and storage was a breeze.

All said and done, I had an extremely easy and wonderful experience. I would hands down, without a doubt continue to use Store Local Storage. And, 100% recommend them to anyone in need of storage.

Storelocal has a great selection of climate-controlled storage units that are clean and secure. Support staff are very helpful and friendly. With several facilities to choose from in our area, we can pick the one that's closest, or something already on our regular daily drive to save time. Multiple locations are handy for businesses that need several storage units for supplies used by different office locations, such as Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. Smaller storage units would be a good choice for co-location safe-keeping of documents or computer backup drives. Everything is very secure and the prices are fair, but the website would probably benefit from being rewritten to be clearer about the process of authorization and access. It currently says that you can either verify your ID online or at their office, except the location is fully automatic and does not have an office.

It also is not very clear about the fact that the only way to access your unit is via the app. Instead it's phrased as an optional thing. Still, once you figure it out it's quite easy to use and I do like the convenience of it.
