I needed a computer repair center that could work on older Legacy systems and they did an okay job for me initially.

So I brought them two older laptops that needed to be updated.

After having them for a few days I got them back and they did not run any different.

But I needed additional laptops to give to students in a training program so I purchased four used laptops from Angelo.

They were to be completely upgraded, cleaned and serviced and ready for use, and what I got was two laptops I could not use, one with an incomplete install of its operating system so you couldn't use it at all, and the 4th a incomplete install and some missing drivers so the keyboard didn't work.

So I had to return two of the four laptops to be repaired.

Those repairs were made at no cost.

I gave them the last laptop we had for service, a slightly newer hp, and what we got back was an unusable mess.

Sitting in storage until September 22nd when it was issued to a student, we found administrative functions did not work. You could not open files, it took 3 minutes to open Microsoft office, and in general ran so slow we had to take it back out of service and return it.

Picking it up today they charged me $100 because incomplete installation, they claimed there were corrupted files, they claim the hard drive with fragmented, and they claimed there were viruses,l.

Which is exactly how they handed me the computer when I picked it up a month ago.

Stay away from this repair center. If it gets fixed at all you'll end up bringing it back for whatever they missed.

If you decide to do business with them keep all your paperwork and receipts, record your conversations, and when your systems don't work and they claim it's because of something you did you have the documentation to...

awful service & rude owner. will make you seem like you know nothing just so he can try and sell you his old items and cheap items, went in to buy a b450 motherboard (that was extremely overpriced, but i was in a rush) for my new gaming build and swore that it would work with my ryzen 5 3600, I knew it would because of the extensive research i did before hand but had forgotten he probably didn't due a bios update due to how old everything was inside. when i went back to ask if he could update my motherboard he said he would but asked me to bring in my stuff so he could put it together, giving him the benefit of the doubt i handed over my components over because he swore he's being doing this for decades and would not charge me anything. before i left he stated it will be quick and he would give me a call back... never got a call back and i had to personally go get and ask to receive my components back and when i did he told me the cpu wasn't working at all with the motherboard. he said he tested it and it was the "weirdest" thing he's ever seen and proceeded to try and make me buy one of the cpus he had because he tested them on the motherboard and said his worked just fine.keep in mind this cpu is brand new. I decide to go to another computer store because i knew he had to be lying to sell me his items. when i went to their other location they told me that everything was working just fine and that the owner probably just didn't insert the GRAPHICS CARD for the cpu to post. got home and built the pc myself without any issue (so much for the experience huh) 0/10 recommend this "computer store" they just want your money and are extremely outdated, overpriced and obviously don't know what...

I literally just wrote a lengthy review detailing my unsatisfactory experience with Angelo(Owner) and deleted it, because I’m mad at myself for not doing my due diligence in researching this company before hand. After my horrible experience with Angelo, I decided to leave a review and I’m shocked at how 9 other people have similar if not identical experiences as mine. Upon meeting Angelo, he seemed polite, very spiritual and knowledgeable about computers. The spiritual part made me believe he was an honest man, but boy did he fool me. Angelo is indeed a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He is not a man of his word. He wouldn’t give me a consistent price on fixing my daughter laptop nor on a refurbished one from him. Once I confronted him that’s when his true colors came out. I called my husband who’s out the country to talk to this man and see why he’s charging us for things he agreed as a courtesy for his mistake, but Angelo consistently over talked us. I came there today to pay my bill and have another conversation with him, and this time he was dismissive and seemed as if he couldn’t care less about what I was expressing to him.
