Westmore — Local services in Irmo

Purchased an enewton bracelet for my daughter and within 2 days of giving it to her the clasp broke. Went to return or exchange it in the store - was $95 - was told I had to go to the enewton website to request a return or repair but no info given to me for the site. Looked it up - have to send request and wait 3 days for a response and they may or may not take it back or fix it as it was purchased in the store and not online and if they do accept it for repair may take at least 45 days and a charge for it. She had it 2 days and the clasp broke - that is ridiculous. I don’t understand why they can’t / won’t just exchange in the store - that’s where it was purchased and paid for. Had I known they would not replace / repair/ exchange at the local store I would not have purchased it. I was also not expecting it to have a broken clasp within 2 days of her wearing it. I will not purchase anything from Westmore ever again - that’s crappy customer service and clearly they don’t stand behind the stuff that they sell which is apparently garbage - so thanks to Westmore for wasting my time and money but at least I now know not to shop in...

Westmore Land of Gifts and Apparel is one of my favorite places to shop. The price point is perfection as well as the quality of their clothing and jewelry. They also post stuff almost daily to their Instagram/Facebook accounts to let you know what’s new in the store. Everything they choose for their store is chosen with the interests of their customers in mind. I love that Jessa (owner) makes her presence in the store and online. The smiles and welcomes you receive when you step foot in the door does not go unnoticed. I am a big supporter of small businesses and this is definitely one you need to check out if you haven’t already. You won’t be disappointed.
