My stylist, Michael gets 100 stars! I have a son living with autism, and he doesn't like anyone other than myself to touch his head. Michael did his hair recently, and of course the cut was masterful, but Michael also had my son so at ease I thought he was going to fall asleep in the chair. My husband and I have been getting our haircut at Salon 323 for 5 years, Our daughter makes an appointment every time she comes back in town because its nice to come out with the cut you wanted or an amazing new idea from any one stylist in the Salon. They all work together as a team, share ideas, give there opinion. Nice to have so many different ideas to choose from. Get a a receptionist with manners. My husband called to see if there were any chance he could get a next day appointment. He got LAUGHED AT and HUNG UP ON. His grandmother's funeral was that weekend and he was only checking because he wanted to look nice. Sometimes there are cancelations, you never know. There is no reason to laugh at your customers and be rude. A simple, "sorry we're booked, would another time work?" Would suffice. It's not that complicated.
