Blackstone Pizza Co — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

After waiting 45 mins for our pizza, we got a soggy undercooked pizza that was cut in 1inch squares. When I asked the very rude bartender about the pizza, he explained the cook was on vacation. I wanted the pizza taken off of the bill, because we were not going to touch it. (THIS WAS ACTUALLY ONE OF OUR FAVORITE PLACES TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER.) He offered us a $10gift cert for when we return. I asked why we could not just pay for everything else and take the pizza back and removed from the bill. IT WAS NOW AN HOUR AND WE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER.. The bartender than started yelling and cussing at me about having to use the bottom oven? MORE EXCUSES... When I asked him why he was yelling at me, he stood over me and pointed, shouting "get the hell out of my bar!" He was obviously not having a good day but this behavior was unbelievable! Because this was one of my daughter's favorite pizza places, we tried to make a return visit. The moment we were sat at a table, the same bartender comes over and tells me we have to leave. When I asked him specifically, WHAT DID I DO TO GET KICKED OUT OF HERE? He again got very emotionally out of balance and started yelling and screaming. Never telling me WHAT I DID WRONG, IT WAS VERY EMBARRASSING FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER, WE JUST GOT UP TO LEAVE. THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. THEY TOOK 45MINS FOR A PIZZA WHEN THE PLACE WAS EMPTY AND THEN SCREAMED AND CUSSED AT ME AND MY FAMILY FOR THEIR COOK BEING ON VACATION AND OVEN NOT WORKING PROPERLY. AFTER TALKING WITH OTHER REGULARS, I HEAR THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWN HILL FAST. SAVE YOUR MONEY, THERE ARE BETTER RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED WITH A PLACE BECAUSE THE MALE BARTENDER TOOK MY COMPLAINT PERSONAL AND ACTED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. UNBALANCED AND EMOTIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. GOOD LUCK TO THE PEOPLE THERE NOT RUINING...

Always loved eating here. The food was always great until we Ordered for pick up. Go in to pay and the place looks disgustingly dirty. The older lady who must have made the pizzas I’m assuming because her bare hands had flour still cracked on them. Well her finger nails were dirty black like my kids after playing in dirt! The guy in the back who didn’t look very clean as well with bare hands shoveling toppings on the pizzas was just disgusting to us we paid for our order but we did not eat it. Very disappointed as we were extremely disgusted and very disappointed in how unclean it was. There is pizza boxes on the floor, the place and people hygiene without wearing gloves touching the food we all eat there made my mouth water and we just give our food away tonight! Will...

Recently worked there and had to walk out due to how obscene and unprofessional the newly put in charge general manager is (aka the bosses kid go figure) instead of explaining the issue or calling employees to the office when there is an issue he takes the more direct approach and calls you a motherf*er in front of the entire crew and customers all while doing this he was pointing his finger in my face as well and wouldnt even let me explain the situation. Nope as soon as id try to calmly explain what was going on I would be instantly cut off with more curse words. Long story short just bad people and I wont even give then business again and i know for a fact i will be telling everyone I know to completely avoid that place...
