Balloonzilla — Local services in Irvine

Zero stars. We placed a very large order for my sons 5th birthday party. All he wanted was balloons. I spent a lot of time in their store with their sales associate associate (Kristin) and completed our order. All of our party decorations were balloons (dessert table backdrop, archway, centerpieces, various bouquets, etc). I paid in full and have a signed contract. On the day of our party they never showed up. When I finally got a call back (after at least 10 calls, voicemails, and emails) I was told my order was never put on the calendar and never sent to production. I have emails detailing my party and spoke to “designers” the week of our party. The manager on duty had no excuses. She offered to come 10 minutes before the party and blow up balloons they had in stock. Not helpful. My sons birthday was ruined, he cried for hours. Amazing work! I made my order through their website which was super easy to do. They were able to custom my balloon package to the color/names that I had wanted. Delivery was scheduled in a 2 hour time frame. The driver was polite. He msg'd his eta and even took a photo when he was there-thank you Austin. When I saw the balloons in person, I was blown away! It was sooooooo big omg! It barely fit through my friend's door. We had to stand on the 2nd floor to see the whole thing! Keep up the great job and service...
