Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Irvine

So, I usually go to this location 3-4 times a week and yes hit/miss depending on the employee that makes your drink. However, I suggest that if a big light eyed brunette not thick/definitely not skinny is your juice maker..... hard pass on her making your drink. I got a Popeyes which (no matter who makes it) usually hits well and taste good. This girl made the most trash juice I have ever had in my life. Thin and nearly see through, far to much WATER and NO weigh protine that I paid extra for that she reminded me cost extra and Stull forgot it. As she started taking my order she totally ignored me to chat with her coworker and had mentioned she hasn't been there in weeks(I gathered she was lazy or just not into the job) but when she didn't grab enough ingredients for my juice and and instead of walking 4 ft for more she substitutes with more ice. I would imagine to protine she left out was by the additional ingredients too and continued to just gossip with her coworker thinking it would be enough. She clearly was just lazy and I'll never allow this girl to even touch a juice cup for my order ever again. . If your lazy or don't like your job that much that the 4ft walk to do your job right then literally quit and save any person you serve and the company you work for the trouble of being upset because you think your job is to gossip and absolutely fail at the simplest job in the word. The government should should pay fat or lazy ppl disability so that ppl don't loose their mental health over you lack of effort and effort and and failing at like. Thither is a tree somewhere working really hard to make oxygen for her to breathe. She shoukd go find this poor poor tree and...

Customer service was really bad. I walked in super happy and excited because I really wanted an Acai Bowl.

I said hello with a big smile and told the young lady (slender white girl). I wanted the large Acai Bowl 🥣 with acai at the bottom. I then told her I wanted only strawberries & and blueberries, and she said, "You can give the the toppings later!" I said oh OK I'm sorry. My husband ordered his acai bowl afterwards. We paid and walked over to the toppings.

The young lady started making my husband's bowl first. He told her he wanted granola at the bottom and at the top. She then says it's an extra fee. Do you want it, it's an extra fee?! I told her yes, we want it. I then told her, that's why I tried to tell you at first what we wanted on our acai bowl. We paid the extra $2.

The young lady started making my acai 🥣. I told her I only wanted blueberries and strawberries 🍓. She made my bowl, and it literally was half the bowl! WHY DID I PAY FOR A LARGE BOWL, if I was getting regular size?!

I gave it 2 stars because the acai bowl was actually really good, I just wish the customer service was the same.

Maybe she was having a bad morning, but that's still not excusable to treat people poorly. I still want my other half of my acai bowl. Pictures are their to prove it. Your pictures on your site don't look like mine.

The manager read my review and told me to email them. I emailed them to no avail. I guess that's just how they run things 🤷🏾‍♀️

I ordered a natural greenie juice and as the employee on the other side was about to start making my juice I asked him when was the last time he rinsed his juicer since he was picking away dry old pulp, the employee said Oh I rinsed it a little while ago, he proceeded to making my juice and he uses a measuring container that already had old juice sitting there for I don’t even know how long…. After he was done making my juice I felt so disgusted I couldn’t even drink it not knowing what kind of bacteria I would be putting inside my body. I asked to speak with the supervisor and the so called supervisor by the name of Tajwab said that I wasn’t going to threaten him by calling corporate, I told him that I FELT THREATENED AS A CUSTOMER PUTTING his juice in my body. I will allow everyone to see for yourselves and make a smart decision with your health. Making sure vegetables are properly washed is so important because it can be a health hazard if vegetables are consumed without proper care. The young kids they hire clearly don’t care for your health and you can tell they hate their job. Please keep those kids out of your restaurant or else it’s going to have customers like myself not trust your location or your known...
