Absolutely AVOID this place for a lash lift!!
First… she ruined the hour and 15 minute process that I sat through by putting wayyyy too much lash tint on at the end and then wiping it off with a wet make up remover cloth… anyone who’s ever had a lash lift knows that you’re not supposed to get your lashes wet for 24-48 hours afterwards.
Second… she took an hour and 15 minutes?? When usually it takes most people 30-45 minutes max to do a lash lift and tint.
Third… it was $150 for a lash lift and tint. I paid $75 for a lash lift and tint in the UK. After checking local prices in California, you can easily get a lash lift and tint for $100 elsewhere.
Finally… my eyelashes came out looking ok? Not nearly as curled as they usually look and the ends were barely curled at all. She definitely missed quite a few that were just sticking out lol. I’ll have to wait 4-6 weeks before I can get them fixed, as well. They also looked much thinner than usual. I’ve been putting eye lash serum on to rehab them, but safe to say I will never be...

Although the response says that I had 1 hour booked and they offered to do another 30 minutes later in the week, they left out the part where that was actually my suggestion and in response they told me they'd go ahead and do the hour at full cost and then book the subsequent half hour later in the week also at full cost. The owner also left out of the response that twice I've requested a full set when booking and both times I was booked for only a fill. I tried being nice in person and went ahead and paid full price the first time they did it, but when I noticed it was a trend and they didn't really care, I just stopped going. There are tons of other places that are more professional. Just being honest, so I'm not sure why the rude response...
Read moreI really wanted to love this place but I had a super weird experience. For $125 for a lash lift I definitely expected better. The lobby was clean but once I got into the lash room was super dirty. There was no towel or paper on the lash pillow, the “sheet” was more of a small strip of fabric that was not fresh and the blanket was not folded and was sloppy from the last person. She didn’t wear gloves, and I could hear her typing on her phone while my lashes were processing. My lashes are not straight and a bit bent, a sign of not taking the time to pull them onto the rod. I’m an esthetician so I’m a bit more mindful of...
