I want to start by acknowledging the positives: the vape juices at your shop are competitively priced, better than anywhere else l've found. That said, my experience today was disappointing and not what l've come to expect as a loyal customer of over five years. I came in to purchase coils for my Geek vape, which I brought with me since I'm not fully familiar with the specific type it requires. I trusted that the staff, being knowledgeable about these products, would be able to identify the correct coil for my device. However, I was only offered the option to buy an entire pack of coils without being able to purchase a single one to try first. Trusting the expertise of the staff, I filled the coil with juice, only to discover it didn't fit my vape. When I tried to return the remaining coils, I was told that this was not possible, leaving me with four coils that I cannot use and out of pocket after spending over $50. Additionally, during a previous visit, I purchased a vape on clearance that never worked. I had to almost beg to get it exchanged, which was uncomfortable given that I was sold a faulty product. Eventually, I was given a replacement that also does not turn on. After spending a significant amount of money and leaving the store without a working vape, I am quite frustrated. As a loyal customer, I feel as if nothing was done to leave me feeling like I had a positive experience and instead I felt like I was treated like an idiot for not knowing more about vapes than the staff does. They immediately called me regarding this shipping mishap, and they worked quickly to remedy the issue. They promptly sent another order out, and they went above and beyond to ensure the package was successfully delivered to me the next day.
