F45 Training Irvine Business Complex — Local services in Irvine

I was introduced to F45 from my co-workers back in November 2018, and since then, I've been hooked! What immediately convinced me to keep coming back were the trainers, the workouts, and the community!

All the trainers really ensure you don't compromise form. I like that with every class and every workout, they walk around and make sure you are doing the exercise correctly to prevent any injury. I also like that they challenge you to go stronger because they believe in you!

The classes are always something different, which is nice to be kept on your toes and not know what to expect. I also like that each class targets different areas of the body, so I always feel REALLY good at the end. I also really like that F45 has TV screens to show what the exercise is, how to do them, and how long you're at each station. Some classes have a lot of stations and you can easily forget which station is what, so it's nice that the TVs help hold you accountable!

And the one thing that definitely blew me away, and truly convinced me to sign up for a membership, was the COMMUNITY. Every person who comes to class isn't there to show off how stronger they are, or how much weight they can lift -- everyone person attends to be a better version of themselves. A Home Away from Home – Thank You, F45 - Irvine!

Moving to California from Washington wasn’t easy, especially after being part of a group fitness community that truly felt like family. That community got me through some of the hardest times—empty nesting, the pandemic—and helped me stay grounded and strong on my fitness journey.

Since the move, I tried a few different studios, hoping to find something that clicked. When I found F45, I knew I’d found more than just a place to work out. The workouts are everything you’d hope for—challenging, effective, and surprisingly fun—but what really made the difference were Coach Deion and Coach Lina.

From the very beginning, they made me feel seen, welcomed, and supported. There’s something incredibly genuine about both of them. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it radiates in how they coach and connect with each person in the room. Their energy, encouragement, and authenticity reminded me of the fitness family I left behind—and helped me start building a new one here.

If you’re looking not just for a workout, but for a place where you’ll be uplifted, challenged, and genuinely cared for, this is it. So grateful to have found my people again. Thank you, F45, Coach Deion, and Coach Lina—you’ve made California feel a little more like home.

I've circled around many different workouts including CrossFit, orange theory, and mma gyms. By far, this is the most effective work out I've experienced. I've lost weight, my body is stronger and I'm more energetic. The classes are 6 days a week with convenient times that are designed so you can work out everyday despite a busy schedule. Tuesday and Thursday's are strength days and the other days are HIIT workouts. This schedule is one of the many factors that make me consistently show up. Every workout is different, challenging and enjoyable. All classes are taught in a high energy, motivating, clean facility (they have towel service!) with proper equipment set up for you. You will make fast friends in the team training environment. The coaches are amazing, experienced and engaging. I can't favor one coach over the other so accolades to Vivi, Ivonne, Jeremy and Todd.
