What's so great about this place is that they proudly tell their patients that they are taking additional money that doesn't make sense to me. No matter how much patients hate it. It's Okey in their eyes, so they charge everything except when there is an infection. Of course, even 100% perfect doctor can make mistakes, but she smiled very proudly and said this, which gave me goosebumps. It's absurd even if this clinic does a very good job and say it like this. Just like you know ten things when you see one, how can they make my lip filler like this and say that confidently? And if they're going to charge money, wouldn't be right to tell me in advance? What is point of not saying anything before the procedure and then charging money after the filler remover? People who are going to be treated here should be aware. It is absurd to say that the women who consults and answers the phone is justified. And I hope you will not be deceived by her words.
Riply to the Owner I think you still don't get the point of what I am saying. First of all, when charging extra costs to a patient, shouldn't you tell the patient in advance? During the return visit, the purpose was to follow up the lip filler and filler left over from the first visit into the necessary area. However the nurse only put a lot filler into the lip line, resulting in a ridiculously strange shape that was very large and had no volume at all. While following up on dissolving the chin filler, the nurse dissolved a little of the filler on the lip line. It's all good if that's your rule. However, tell the patient in advance and give them a choice. If you had told me in advance, I would have just walked out. If I had done that, my lips wouldn't have been damaged even more. I was under a lot of stress and ended up dissolving it somewhere else.. Then. When dissolving the chin filler Shouldn't you dissolve it at all from the begging instead of following up? Have you ever thought that there is a problem with leaving the filler, having the patient come back follow-up, and then charging the cost further without telling the patient in advance? I absolutely cannot trust...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've visited numerous well-known medical spas across the OC and LA area, receiving treatments from both nurses and doctors. However, none of these experiences have come anywhere close to the exceptional service I received at Line with Sabrina. Sabrina is an artist in her own right, with a keen eye for beauty and natural aesthetics. She listened attentively to my concerns, offering great and honest suggestions that significantly enhanced my appearance. Throughout the treatment, she explained her techniques and objectives, showcasing her meticulousness and expertise. Sabrina's remarkable talent, coupled with her genuine care and kindness, clearly sets her apart as an outstanding provider of aesthetic treatments. I can't recommend her services enough and urge you to save yourself the trouble and time of looking anywhere else and booking an appointment with Sabrina! I am beyond happy with my chin and lip filler and will be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife received chin filler from another clinic a year ago, but The balance on both sizes was uneven, so 2 weeks ago, one side was removed and both balances were adjusted from this clinic. The cost was 200 bucks however the two sides are still a bit out of balance so my wife revisited yesterday as a follow up. The woman who consulted my wife, applied anesthetic to my wifeās chin, and was silent until nurse finished procedure. When my wife tried to leave the place she said my wife had to pay another $200 again. To my understanding a follow up visit is to verify the original procedure was done correctly. If my wife required additional work, she should have been notified in advance. There would be an additional cost prior to them performing the extra work. She wasnāt notified until after they finish the work that she would have to pay another $200. I will not refer anyone to this place and beware...
