This is the first time in YEARS I have to truly liked my haircut. I’ve been hopping around barbershops trying to find one that knows how to fade and does a good job. Found it! I had my hair cut by Will. He did an incredible job. He perfectly matched the photo ideas I had and did an incredible burst fade. I appreciate that he took him time and truly did the best he could instead of just trying to speed things along and get onto the next customer like many other barbershops I’ve been to in DFW. The vibes were also nice, the music was good, the other barbers seemed friendly....

Genuinely the best haircut and barber experience I have ever received. I have fine, straight hair and I asked for a 2 to 3 fade on the side, keeping the length on top, and a round over on the back. My husband went for a simple haircut and trim, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The lady cutting his hair ended up cutting him in multiple places! To make things worse, she didn’t apologize or show any concern whatsoever. Instead, all we got was 'we don’t speak English.' If you can’t speak the language of the country you’re operating in, maybe you shouldn’t be running a business here or should at least hire employees who can. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly dangerous. We won’t be returning!

Mi esposo fue a cortarse el cabello y la experiencia fue absolutamente terrible. ¡La señora que le cortaba el cabello terminó cortándolo en varios lugares! Para empeorar las cosas, no se disculpó ni mostró ninguna preocupación. En cambio, lo único que nos dijeron fue 'no hablamos inglés'. Si no pueden hablar el idioma del país en el que operan, tal vez no deberían tener un negocio aquí o al menos deberían contratar empleados que puedan. Esto es inaceptable, poco profesional y, sinceramente, peligroso....
