I love chicken express However This store was filthy When I asked 2 employees for a rag to clean my own table because it had food stuck on it The mentally challenged employee told the second guy where to find a wet rag When the other guy handed it to me The mentally challenged guy yelled at me You should be patient . They had no idea that I am a level 6 Google guide and his disrespect earned him this review Honestly He was the reason I got the rag However I had already paid for food so I was a paying client Should have never been told I needed to be patient when I volunteered to wipe down my own table because they was busy and he was the guy who was supposed to be cleaning tables and he was in the lobby on break Not my fault his tables where all dirty while he took a break and surely not my fault the first person I asked just plain ignored me after she saw me and heard me ask for a rag to clean my table She kept working and just plumb ignored me the second guy did the same thing till I asked him louder and more blunt . My biscuit was rock hard and cold Chicken was hot but we waited nearly 20 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken So directly to the mentally challenged employee who made his comment . If you think I would pay you to eat at your restaurant and not want a clean table to sit at regardless of your challenge . Read moreFirst of all the food at chicken express has never disappointed me from any location, However the service at this location did. Went through the drive thru and tried to order two number 1's with mashed potatoes and corn nuggets, one of the meals were to be spicy. I had to repeat the spicy part several times but just chalked it up to bad reception or something. Finally got to the window and watched a lady assemble my two meals. Once again I had to grab the window attendant's attention, to let her know that one meal should be spicy after I witnessed the lady make both regular. So when the window attendant told the lady about the correction, she removed the incorrect tenders from the box with an attitude, I then saw her throw the correct order on the counter before placing it in the hot window. I could tell she was irritated with the situation. I then was asked to pull forward because they didn't have any spicy tenders ready. It wasn't until 20 mins later I received my food and both were missing mashed potatoes. My question is why didn't they start the spicy tenders when I first ordered them and waited in the drive thru line for 17 mins before I even got to the window. Then having to wait an additional 20 mins for tenders they could have already gotten ready. All in all, my suggestion is to not go to this location at least 3 hours before they close because they will not be ready for service and will not take the time to make sure your order contains everything it should. Read moreDON'T go here if you need to get everything you paid and asked for! Period! I've been going here on occasion for over a year and a half, and I think I'm done. It's essentially impossible to get what you asked for, especially more than one simple combo, when every person that handles the order makes mistakes. They take down orders wrong and either don't repeat it or don't repeat back what they actually chose even when I speak loudly, clearly, and slowly. Then the person packing always leaves food out and/or includes the wrong sides. They've left an entire box of rolls out multiple times. And the person handing out the food leaves out drinks. How do you work with that?! On just my most recent visit, they wrote the easiest part of my order down wrong, only packed ONE tender in my meal, didn't give me two drinks that were on my order, and acted like I was doing something wrong when I asked for a biscuit instead of the roll I incorrectly received. I really try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but every portion of their system is wrong. I just wanted to for once bring home the meal my husband asked for, and I failed again because I didn't see there was one tender.
