Although I’m not one to leave reviews just because….. However, during my inaugural visit to this jewelry store, which involved two items – one to remove a few links from the gift that my wife and son gave me and another with significant sentimental value – I encountered a delightful surprise. From the moment I stepped inside, it was evident that this establishment prioritizes a warm, family-oriented atmosphere. The staff attended to me promptly, and their exceptional service truly made my experience pleasant.

The reason for bringing it in was that I’d previously taken the sentimental item to a mall jewelry repair shop. Significantly later, when the battery was draining, I noticed it had an issue; it would change the date around 8 or 9 pm, which was quite odd.

So, that is when I searched for a repair shop near me. When I shared the story with the staff at this store, they also found it extremely odd as well but indicated they would look at it. While in the store my eyes latched on to newer elegant Citizens watch but similar to another one I had from many years ago, as I mentioned that the item was not working either, she suggested I bring it in.

Since it was during the weekend and lived in the area, I went back to collect both the additional item that was also in need of repair. The convenience and thorough service further solidified my positive impression of this store.

What truly stood out was their proactive approach. Upon noticing that one of the items I dropped off had not been charging, they quickly sent me a text message with the necessary information. When I arrived, they provided me with the next steps I could take and an estimated timeline for when the items would be returned since it had to be sent off to the manufacture!

Several days passed and when I returned to collect the other repaired item, I found that the staff’s willingness to engage in open and stimulating conversation, covering a wide range of topics, added a personal and memorable touch to the experience. The fact was they were not scared to open up a conversation, but again, I was not either.

In the end, it’s not often you have the chance to connect with the leadership of a business in such an inviting and enriching manner, combined with their attention to detail and exceptional customer care.

My visit to this jewelry store exceeded all expectations, leaving me with a lasting impression of their professionalism...

They fixed my wedding band, that the company I originally brought it form screwed it up when they tried to fix it. My wife brought a 1cttw Diamond Platinum wedding band from Zales 10 years ago, and we paid for their lifetime warranty. I got my ring cleaned on scheduled every year like they suggest. A couple of years ago one of the diamonds fell out of the ring, I found it and took it to a Zales in Houston, at the time that is were we where living, and when I got the ring back everything seemed fine they even polished and cleaned my ring. But about 6 months later I noticed that the “platinum” are where the diamond fell out what turning yellow. I took it to a different Zales and was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I would need to get my “platinum” ring rhodium plated so that it would match the rest of the ring, and that they could not removed the gold and put the right metal back. I was PO for the longest and seriously thought about getting another ring. Until one day I had lunch next to Gold N Carats, and I decided to stop in because I was looking for a ring for my wife. After spending some time there they noticed my ring and I told the story of it, and after looking at it they asked if I wanted to drop it off and have their Master Jeweler look at it and see if he recommend anything to fix it. After a couple of days he came back with a plan to restore my ring back and remove all of the impruites in the gold. The price I was quoted was fair. But when I got my ring back today I swear this is better then when I first put it on 10 years ago. The work they do is Masterful ten times over. Our story: After two years of wearing my engagement ring (purchased at another jeweler), I started having a reaction to the metal. Jenna and Steven were so knowledgeable and taught me so much about ways to resolve the issue. We eventually decided to move my original stone into a new setting - made with a metal I’d be less likely to react to. I am so happy with how it turned out!

While I was there I mentioned that my fiancé was debating between buying a meteorite ring for his wedding band or having his late father’s band resized. They offered to make a custom piece for him, and ultimately created a spectacular band using my fiancé’s father’s ring AND meteorite. They were even able to keep the original inscription on his father’s band intact! It was amazing. For my wedding band, they were able to take diamonds from my grandmother’s ring and use them to make a ring that suited my style. I am so happy with it!

Jenna and Steven really made this a special experience for us, and we will remember their kindness forever! Having rings with such sentimental value, that also fit our personalities, is absolutely priceless. We are...
