UPDATE:10-9-24
** The corporate office reached out to me twice and twice I responded regarding the incident. Both times they said they would follow up with the management at the local level and I never heard back again. This shows a complete disregard for something that could have actually been serious.Teacher kitchen staff to clean up the place where they prepare the food! would hate for the health department to pop in and ask to see the kitchen." A few days ago, my son and I went to have a late lunch at this location. We go to this restaurant frequently and have never had an issue. Our server was top-tier. Our food came out, and my son discovered that there was a screw in his broccoli. We were so shocked we didn't take a photo or anything. The server was extremely apologetic and said he would take the dish away and check in the kitchen. The manager Santos Rivas, Came over and asked us what had happened. We told him again there was a screw in the broccoli and my son almost ate it. This guy has the nerve to look at us both so accusatory. He was just like wow that's so weird. The tone of his voice was so obvious that he thought we had planted a screw in the broccoli. This sounds ridiculous, even writing it, but I need people to know that they did nothing to rectify the situation. He said he would remove the broccoli from the bill, but how in the world could he do that because it was part of the dish! So this review isn't as much about The food, it's about this manager, who immediately assumed that we somehow had done this. My son and I both make pretty decent money so $100 at this steak house was not going to break our bank. I can assure you if we had been 2 well dressed businessman he would've immediately comped the whole meal. He was unprofessional and made it clear he didn't care. When we left he was sitting at a table with some employees chatting and laughing. Highly recommend anybody who goes to this restaurant to check their food. The screw could've come from the prep table or God knows what. Some people work in the kitchen after coming from another job and they may work in another field where they use screws so I don't know. I also reached out to their corporate office and they did nothing but a phone call promising to make it right. But nothing. I wish we had taken a photo now, but we were so shocked, we did not. Check your food when you eat at this place!!...

Read moreGroup of 5 for lunch, first people/customers at 11am. Stood by door waiting to be seated while some employees sat looking at us & around for whosoever was to seat us for about 5 minutes. Waitress was not sure of portion size & had to reorder something different. So far, not a problem. After a while we noticed the restaurant starting to fill & other customers getting their food, which was annoying having limited time for lunch. Food comes, I informed waitress most of us are Military for the discount. I also wanted a Togo box being the only one with leftovers & needing to get back to the office. Waitress returned & requested we give her our Military IDs so she could show her manager who she started was on the line. Several of my party said forget it. Another told her, we are not giving you any ID to take away for anything and the manager should come to us if she didn't trust her own waitress to verify it. I again asked for my Togo box so I could pack my food, pay my bill and get back to work. Then the lady manager showed up & I showed her my Military ID while again asking the waitress for a box. Manager asked if I wanted the discount, I said I want a Togo box. Showed her my ID again. Waitress is standing next to manager the whole time doing nothing. Manager said she could not see my ID because I flashed it, so this time I did flash it to her & she said thanks. I said I could care less about the discount & just wanted a box & to pay & leave. WoW, that service really sucked. Took way too long, and asking for our IDs that I wouldn't give a cop. A different waitress took our payment & brought me a box. Not sure any of us will be back, or our...
