The Halal Guys — Restaurant in Irving

I usually go there at least 3- 4 times a week, And the service is terrible!!!!! Hudo or Hado and Paul!! ( The guy with A Lot of bears wearing black frame glasses) Especially Paul!! when i ordered food with he never nice to me. Last week i got the same terrible service even i left little tip for them. I dont know he doesn’t need to smile but just he ignores questions and looks like doesnt want to work there or whatever.

Also i dont know why the food amount is different? Because im a women?? When my husband orders the same food, amount is huge different. Today i ordered regular plater and got just 2/3 of food and only 3 pieces of pita. It supposed tobe 4 pieces.

I have free drinks and fries so i asked and they cant bc i needed to say it before i pay my food. And they asked cancel and i need to pay again! Such inconvenient service

In addition, could u please put a mask or shave ur bear?? Once i got a black thick curly hair in the food, i just threw a way and just called the store and nicely asked please make sure for safety and...

I’ve been a regular customer here, and it used to be very good. However, my past three experiences have been absolutely terrible. The food portions are horrible, there’s very little meat, mostly just rice. For $14, it’s absolutely not worth it anymore. If this location has changed ownership or management, then good luck because this outlet is clearly going downhill. I won’t be coming back here again.

I already have to travel a long distance to get here, but now I’ll gladly travel further to a different branch for better food and quality. The service has also degraded noticeably over my last 2 of the 3 horrible visits.

On top of that, we used to receive survey links from The Halal Guys, but we don’t anymore, and it’s clear the result is everything getting worse. Whoever the manager or person in charge is, you need to revisit your staff and reassess what’s being served to customers.

This location has gone from being one of my favorites to a complete disaster. If this is the new standard, I won’t be back, and I don’t doubt I’m not...

I placed am order through door dash and my complete order wasn’t delivered so i called the halal guys and The manager is super rude and she was not apologetic at all about her staff’s mistake. Very very rude. Instead of saying she said i can’t give you anything for free or have my info to complaint to the upper management like seriously!! No sorry not accepting your mistake either! She hust kept saying that i can’t do anythign about that, that’s how corporate works! Yes that’s what she said!! I have to change my review just because of that lady which i am not sure what was she so mad at that she literally sort of fighting with me. If you are mad of working on a black friday night, please ask your seniors to give you off, don’t take it out on the customers please!! Se senior management should look...
