I experienced bad customer service in this store. I bought so many clothes from this store on Sunday, which one of them was for my 2 year old daughter. When I brought it home I figured it was a bit small to her so I called them and asked if I could exchange to a bigger size! They said they have the 3 day policy which I understand. When I explained them about the size being small and it wasnât worn they said if I bring it by Wednesday they will exchange it. I drove freaking 40 mins to get there early morning on Wednesday to exchange. When I reached there the lady there said they cannot accept it!! She said the 3 day policy has already expired and she cannot take it. Why in the world they said they can take it when I called them?? I would have not gone there if they wouldâve told me that over the phone when I called. And also said it has a stain on it and was missing a tag. They sold me the dress without the tag and also the dress has not been worn once. What a horrible experience I had in this store!!!! Never going back to this place again! I will be taking my business...

I trusted you and didnât even check when I picked it up, thinking you had done your job. But on the actual day of Dashain, when I tried it on, I was shocked and furious to find out that NOTHING had been altered. You literally just handed me back the same blouse without doing a thing! This is not just a waste of moneyâitâs a complete breach of trust. I donât even live in Dallas, I came here to celebrate with friends and family, and everyone recommended your place. Instead, I was left disappointed and embarrassed because of your carelessness. You didnât even bother to check if the work was done properly before giving it back to me.
