I purchased two refrigerators from this business and had a terrible experience. The first fridge stopped working after just one month, and when I contacted them, they replaced it with another one promising it would work properly this time. Unfortunately, the replacement broke down within a few weeks as well. My landlord was understandably upset and even asked for just a partial refund, not the full amount, yet the owner refused to give it. The customer service is awful completely unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take any responsibility. At this point, I honestly believe they pick up old or broken appliances, do quick patch-up fixes, and resell them for profit. It’s unfair and unethical to take people’s hard-earned money and deliver poor-quality products with no apology, accountability, or compensation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
