A couple of jobs have placed me in Irvington the last couple of weeks, and with the snowstorm hitting during this time I had to stick to a path to get to the bus stop. Since people finally shoveled their walkways I made a discovery on the shortcut. Juba’s grocery is a special gem within this community. Black owned and operating in their 4th month, and with well stocked shelves with just about everything you need. Theirs even a deli in the rear. I had a brief conversation with the owner and he’s a really nice person who’s been active within the community prior to opening the grocery. To see a African American business in the community is a joy in of itself. #grocery #groceries #deli #food #laundries #coffee #blackowned #buyblack #africanamerican #irvington #kingofcoffeenyc #sankofatafari...
