I would highly recommend booking a full day with Captain Charlie! We had a group of 5 people (3 generations) and everyone had an amazing time. Originally, we planned for a day of snorkeling and then heading to the sandbar. We opted out of snorkeling as the water was a bit too choppy for us, but Charlie was prepared and we headed to the sandbar!

We booked for a Monday so it wasn’t too crowded and wild, which worked perfect as we were spending time with a group of all ages. It was high tide at the sand bar and the weather was beautiful. The spot was amazing and Captain Charlie totally sets the vibe of the whole place. There was a food truck at the sand bar near the American flag that Captain Charlie planted and maintains! We had people coming by to compliment the setup and Charlie gave a shot of fireball to a guy that came by to say hello. Charlie was busy the whole time making sure we were taken care of completely. He took pictures the whole time, that he later edited and sent to us. He taught us about the marine life and the ecosystems in Florida. We had such a great time at the sand bar that the day flew by. Charlie kept us out till the last minute and we had a blast the whole time. We spent the day making memories and Charlie made sure we didn’t have to stress about anything at all.

We booked the luxury Tritoon with the bbq upgrade and I was super impressed with his setup. The boat is very well maintained and you can tell the Captain takes pride in what he does. He sends detailed instructions (you can tell he used to be a teacher) and lets you know where to be picked up and what to bring. It’s ByoBBQ, Byob, fruit was an awesome snack choice, bring towels, sunscreen, etc. He provides float tubes, a SUP, a float dock, a frisbee, a football, a floating ice-filled ice chest, a great sound system, bbq, condiments, plates/utensils, etc. Most importantly, Charlie provides amazing hospitality.

Captain Charlie is a full-service host that makes a day at the sandbar a memory of a lifetime. Charlie BBQs, serves our snacks and fruits, brings shots and drinks, takes pictures, DJs, and just maintains an awesome vibe. Charlie even BBQed the bacon we brought for our burgers! Charlie was very friendly, down to earth, and was an amazing host. By the end of the day Charlie felt like part of the family.

I would highly recommend spending some time with Captain Charlie and I will definitely book again if I ever have the opportunity to return...

AWESOME!!!! My husband and I were on vacation in March 2018. We did a road trip from California and googled something fun to do in Florida. We found Captian Charlie and his boat charter. We were NOT disappointed!! We booked 4 hrs and it was over the top fun and WAY more then we ever expected. Captian Charlie was amazing from even before the trip started he called to get our food and drink preferences. My husband is in beginning stage of ALS and Charlie was amazing helpful, kind and considerate with him. We were super impressed!!! We had sooo much fun. Our road trip lasted 5 weeks thru 15 states and we have to say this was #1THE BEST AND MOST REMEMERABLE PART OF OUR TRIP HANDS DOWN because of the over the top service Charlie provides. He is an amazing guy and it reflects in his business. Dont hesitate to try him out! This is worth every dollar and then some!!!! We recommend this adventure...
