Karen's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Jackson Township

I still have concerns that this store has Older rude females here. I come in to drop off a dream book. This is there huge I mean probably a huge revenue for Hallmark and get rude looks for the employees old women who give dirty looks to each other and don't even get excited that I did this. This store is all older women who need to get fired or replaced by more enthusiastic employees. I have complained about this already!!!!!!! Is this not how they make a profit??? And each year this is huge for some people!!!??? They are rude every year and every time I go into The Canton store to I just need to go online and do my shopping. Its a boring rude snooze fest at this location that I hate going in there because they don't seem welcoming but this is there job. I soo wish I could reach out to a regional and say hay this store SUCKS please replace older women with upbeat people.!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have got a comment from the store mgr but ya its never going to change soooo I need to find some...

The beautiful items in the window lured me in. I was there to shop next door but went in to buy a gorgeous table top lighted decoration. There were two or three employees on the sales floor and no one greeted me nor made eye contact. They seemed to simply tinker or pace slowly about. The only other customer didn't seem to get any attention either and also left without making a purchase. Being left alone is fine by me when prices are clearly listed. Half the beautiful items in the window had no prices marked on displays, items, or on their boxes. I looped around the perimeter and lingered once again at the window items. I then even picked up a few of the products boxes on the floor and made a show of looking for the price. I decided I wasn't going to interupt whatever their mission was and left without making a purchase too. Best of luck staying open. Atleast your $15 to $99.99 Christmas tree ornaments were marked...

Have been in there a few times and every time I go in if angel is there she is beyond rude to the customers... the other day I was in there and this little old lady had her card only and apparently their card machine was down. Well angel (who is the manger) was very rude and disrespectful while speaking to her about going home to get money. The was a young lady working there who took time out of what she was doing to actually explain the situation. I hope that angel keeps her around because that young lady had more class in her pinky finger than angel has in her whole body. Bottom line is if you don't want to work in customer service…QUIT YOUR JOB. I can't stand when people are rude and make you feel stupid. Makes me sad because I really like the store but I refuse to go back and be treated poorly by a manager. Absolutely...
