Casey's — Local services in Jackson

Food is good if you can catch them while they actual have some. Warmers almost never have food in them. If they do, it’s probably an hour old. Staff is rude, and on their personal phone calls half the time. I’ve ordered ahead twice, both times 30-60 minutes in advance, and both times food wasn’t even started when I got there and I was told they “didn’t see my ticket” but hey staff was hanging out in the kitchen eating together. Plus staff is working in the kitchen without gloves.

Requested three times—no onions on the brisket pizza. Told the older guy at the counter clearly when placing the order.

We didn’t even check the box before leaving, thinking with how slow it was, the order would be made correctly. Big mistake.

Took one bite after trying to pick off the onions, and my stomach instantly said nope. Can’t even eat it. Wasted money, wasted meal.

I just wanted something good...

We were all excited to get this store because everyone loves their food but I gotta say this place has been nothing but a flop. Employees are rude and I know I've walked in this store 20 times with no pizza in the display and no pizza being made....
