Worst customer service ever experienced. Seems we are back to the Soviet Union. When purchasing make sure your trying the items you are about to purchase. If the item is not fresh won't exchange if its not expired. Selling watermelons which are over ripe and going soft inside yes the color looks good but taste a bit sour, also wouldn't exchange. Honestly wouldn't even try to do an exchange if this would have been the first time my family is just throwing away our money. If you have a choice of coming her or Ramashka please do your self the serve of going to the better place which Amars on Phillips highway just isn't it. But today an unpleasant incident happened. My daughter accidentally dropped a pack of pearl barley, which tore and the pearl barley spilled out. The saleswoman said that she would charge me for this product. I understand that it is my fault, but in the US it is not customary to charge customers in grocery stores if they accidentally damage goods.
