THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! These people have not any idea about: Customer Service, Ethic, Professionalism, punctuality, Technician service, labour, etc...There is a guy called Ezequiel who is more lost than Lindbergh's son!!! I do not understand why the russian have this guy working there??? This guy literally ruins my car!!! I could make a list about all the bad things this subject made in my car, but I am afraid I would never end: He cut, broke and stained my upholstery, he installed the wrong stereo, he burned my amplifier and they got to give me another one, etc... Etc... Nooo I still have a headache after this experience!!! I asked him to install my amplifier over a lateral rack and he gave me a quotation for the that, in the middle of the installation he changed his mind and told me with his fresh face: "I going to charge more cos I never installed any amplifier like this, you got to install it under the seat like everybody" I would like to sent him to the hell... Are you kidding me!!! I arrived there at 10 am and I left that place at 20:00 hrs. When he told me it would only be 2 hours!!!

At 20:00 entering the night I was super upset, tired, hungry and I really just wanted to send this guy to hell... So I asked him: Let's leave everything as it is, let's close everything and leave this here... And I grabbed my car and left, without finishing absolutely anything... Of course I had already paid: $1400 Buckets... The next day I finished my project in my house by myself!!! This took me like 2 hours but I did it myself after losing 800$ (The other part was the Pioneer stereo and a pair of coaxiales).

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACEIF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY... TO GET A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND HEADACHE JUST BRING YOUR CAR THERE AND ASK FOR EZEQUIEL HE WILL SHOW YOU WHAT IS A REAL...

Before I even begin listing what was wrong with the car I bought from these people, let me begin by saying that these shady conmen ROLLED BACK THE ODOMETER WHICH IS ILLEGAL A month after a bought it -The air went out -The right door handle broke -They said they replaced the shocks but they used junkyard parts, so the shocks were terrible and the car always shifted to the right. -I took it to multiple mechanics and they all told me that I was screwed over. -Most of the parts in it were from the junkyard -The front wipers scratch the front window -The trunk wont stay open -No airbags -Horn doesn't work -So many more problems I would be here all night to be honest I tried taking the car back to them and they wouldn't take it back or even fix one of the MANY problems it had. That car is deathtrap, and I was stuck with it for a year because I didn't know much about cars. Im financing a car now from a CERTIFIED dealer with a warranty and I couldn't be happier with it. Moral of the story, if your gonna buy a used car, buy from a certified dealer. Do not buy from these shady conmen. I can't even sell the stupid thing for more than 500 dollars. The dealership I bought my current car from wouldn't even take the piece of trash. Currently trying to speaking to some lawyers to see if I can get these people in trouble for what they did. ROLLING BACK THE ODOMETER IS ILLEGAL. Do not buy from these people, save your money, these are criminals and the only guarantee these guys offer is that your car is guaranteed to be a piece of junk thats not even...

I went there with my brand new vehicle to get an audio system installed. I spent 2000$ on what I was told "the best system". First of all my installer was at the time a 16 year old boy who even though has been working on cars for a while from what I was told simply did not have the experience to work on my brand new vehicle. He also just did the install nobody even tried to fine tune the speakers onse installed. The problem of alternator noise came up after the install, I went back to the shop at least 5 times and I was told I have to spend more and more money but the issue did not get resolved. After a while a friend of mine checked the cables and found the supplying cable from my battery almost falling apart which could have led to the complete frying of my electrical systems of my car ...... Second of all my "best systems" speakers started blowing up one by one and when I went back there a year later to see if there is going to be any difference in their effort to fix my alternator noise I was told..... "This looks like a clean job get somebody else to fix it for you" ... Extremely bad service I would never go back there again not to mention my system sounds like crap now and I will probably have to change everything in it.... Stay away spend your...
