Galaxy Burgers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I stopped by to check out the different looking Hamburg joint and found it to be a disappointment. I was given an option to scan a QR code for the menu but there were no physical menus. Luckily there's a monitor at the end of the ordering bar with the menu pages were shown. I asked about the burgers but the cashier lady did not recommend anything special, I asked about size of the burgers and she advised the double beef burger was large. I ordered this and onion rings... I was greatly displease as the two patties of meat were paper thin almost the same as the cheese. The burger that stood 7 inches high was mainly bread, lettuce, Tomatoes and dried onions flakes with tiny bit of beef and the onions rings were burn... The most disturbing part was the price as these two items with water came to cost over $27 dollars... Um what?... On the positive side the dining room area was big and there was an area for karaoke. I may not return but don't let my experience make your judgment, try it for yourself maybe you'll get a decent...

Extremely Disappointing Experience ... I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Galaxy Burgers was so poor that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a hot dog, and honestly, it was quite possibly the worst I've ever had. For starters, the "hot" dog was actually cold – not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold, which is baffling given the name. It was clearly a cheap, low-quality hot dog, not at all what you'd expect from a restaurant. The overall quality of the food reminded me of something a hurried parent might throw together for their kids – quick and easy, but utterly lacking in flavor or care. It was truly horrible. To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, the waitress passed me to the chef, who then rudely hung up on me. This complete lack of customer service, combined with the abysmal food quality, makes it impossible for me to recommend this establishment. Save your money and...

I have addressed this three times with the management there and they have yet to change it since my last visit 8 months ago. They refuse to offer FOUNTAIN DRINKS and only offer these extremely small nothing 12 oz drinks for the soda offerings. This is an investment in your customers and in your business and needs to be done without any excuses!! This building and this business have been here long enough to know that a fountain is essential. And EVERY restaurant in this town has a fountain for their customers! They have really good burgers and the service was really awesome and I tried to give them a second chance after I stopped going some 8 months ago. If I'm going to pay $24 for just a burger it should include the fries without question That's a lot of money for one burger I easily get good burgers for under $10.
