Worst korean hotdogs I've ever had. The hotdogs themselves tasted rotten or expired. I've tried two different hotdogs and they were equally disgusting. The potato coating was completely bland, and needed more than just a little salt. No sauce is saving that.

The chicken sandwich might as well have been two chicken nuggets in a large bun. For almost the same price as a chik-fil-a sandwich, you get mostly bread, lettuce, and tomato. Huge disappointment.

Boneless and bone-in wings aren't bad, though. Hard to mess up fried chicken.

Their drinks are just okay. Nothing to miss. Most of their milk teas don't come with any pearls by default. A little unusual for me but it's fine, but it's not clear. What adds to the confusion is an option for "no boba" on their ordering machines. Why have the option there when it already doesn't come with boba? But that's really just a small issue. The young staff girl was the final nail in the coffin. Zero desire to help. Zero customer service skills. Zero offers to remedy the small issue I had. Basically just told me I should've read the menu better. But reading the reviews, I noticed I'm not the first with this issue. Everything else is forgivable, but not that garbage service.

Been here a few times. Had every food item, and tried a few drinks flavors. Gave the place a fair shot. Even with my expectations kept low, it somehow keeps on disappointing.

I recommend going to any place other than this, unless you're looking specifically for milk teas. Everything else is either disappointing or not worth the price. But, even the drinks can be...

There are a lot of other boba places on this road that I am willing to drive out to than this specific location.

First, I do like this company's drinks but I like the service of Mandarin more than this location.

I have been here twice at this specific location and this is my fourth or fifth time ordering at Tsaocaa.

#1 issue was messing my order twice for the same drink (very matcha slush w. Nata jelly and matcha foam). First time I asked this I accidentally got matcha with red bean drink. Second time I came to order the same drink the cashier person the same incorrect item. I asked for it to be rectified and he said he will get it right and added a fee for nata jelly (but this drink does not cost extra for nata jelly). #2 both times the cashier does not ask the level of ice, sugar, or milk substitute. #3 this place is very dirty and no one comes out to empty the trash or clean up the tables. There was an old drink sitting on a table with all the ice melted and no person around to claim it before my party sat down and after we left (we stayed at least 15-20min).

The workers are always on their phone. I get it, it does get busy and I see there are a lot of to go orders. Maybe they need to hire more people.

It's clearly night and day from this location and the Mandarin location.

I got the matcha bubble milk tea! There’s nothing special to it other than the fact that it’s just matcha. To me, it was good but the boba was too chewy and kind of stuck to my teeth sometimes when I bit into it.

My mom got a peach oolong tea which is not pictured. It kind of is watered down and not strong but it still has some flavor. They tend to fill the cup with more ice then needed so I would ask for light ice. Not super sweet so I would ask them to put honey or more sugar.

Mango milk puree with mango pearls is super gooood. It has like real mango slices. The mango pearls are almost like poppers but they definitely taste delicious.

The colorful fruits green tea is a bit tart but it has real fruit. It’s good and refreshing; nothing too exciting. Definitely a nice drink on a hot summer day.

The brown sugar bubble milk tea is okay but it’s more watery and not as strong/concentrated as expected. Overall, they have a very big menu and a lot of variety. It really depends what you want to try. The boba is also hot because they keep it warm in a container.

Very aesthetically pleasing place filled with colors and marble. Love the atmosphere and the overall drinks. The cups are made of a sturdy material and nice to hold! Would definitely recommend people coming here if you want to try...
