Do not go here. First I saw Kat. Who destroyed my hair. The red was where I started, the sunset distaster, her doing. I wanted light pink princess hair. The happy pictures of me with pink hair is proof my hair can be pink and the reference photos I gave for what I wanted color wise. Then I called the salon. Turns out, they don't care at all if one of their stylists destroys your hair. The manager won't call you. They won't fix your hair. Nothing. I did get my money back, but only through Kat. Who then decided me telling her calmly through text all the mistakes she made... made her uncomfortable. Even though she claimed she wanted to grow from this experience. The stylist who trained her (Sarah- Red Head) answered when I called and told me she would help me. But upon discovering I didn't have the budget she wish I had, waited days to tell me she wouldn't be doing my hair because of my allergy which made her uncomfortable. She's an "award-winning color correction specialist" but can't handle not touching my skin with bleach. (Look through the receipts.. it's pretty clearly about budget)

Don't go here. These women don't care about you, your hair, or how you look. They just care about taking as much of your money as they can, and if they can't do that... bye bye to you. I deserve better. I don't get my hair done often as it's a lot for me. Financially, sensory wise, allergy wise, etc. I saved up all year for this, and now I don't have more money for a correction. So I'm stuck with hair that looks worse that if I had done it myself in...
