Update: I went to pick up my ring and a stone was missing (on that Friday- I had to point it out since no one noticed). They put in a bigger stone so that I could still have it to wear. I left my other ring with them to have stones replaced and sized down (on that Friday). I asked to be called with an estimate for repair. I was not contacted, I had to contact them on Monday and was told it'd be ready Tuesday 4/12 latest . I called Wednesday (after not being contacted) and expressed that everything I was being told was contradictory with initial impression and that I have not shown my ass over the many inconsistencies and am annoyed that I keep being told conflicting statements. JR told me that, "it isn't magic" and let me tell you after that phone call I will never purchase anything there again nor have anything repaired. What a horrible way to calm down a NEW client. Needless to say they called me after hours on WEDNESDAY, didn't leave a message and it's FRIDAY now and I HAD TO CALL THEM TO ASK IF IT WAS READY. I picked up my ring with no hassle and no apology for the situation. Not satisfied with the quality of customer service.

I went in on Tuesday 3/29 to look at a ring I saw on a Facebook post and was worried that I'd be dealt with in an unfavorable fashion but to my surprise none of that happened! I was shown the ring and comparable ones then left having a great experience and falling in love with the ring. I was treated very poorly with my wife here all over a asking for a resize for my wife’s ring as a courtesy. I was completely understanding that I bought the ring several years ago from here and waited so long to have it resized. But the old lady there was so snooty and treated us like we had our hand out. She took the ring and left didn’t say a word started inspecting the ring and was whispering very low to someone else working there. I even offered to pay for the resize since she had an attitude about it. If you didn’t want to do it for us then just say so. Very unprofessional and when my wife called her out about her attitude she was appalled. I was very polite and just said look I’ll pay to have it done I mean it cost anywhere from 20$-60$ to have a ring resized. We decided to take the ring and have it done elsewhere. I just thought these ppl where so nice when I bought the ring here and they would have treated us better I had higher expectations. I have also bought necklaces from here in the past. I will never give this place another chance.

I did not get treated like family I see all these new reviews praising them. Sad thing is I know ppl who know them and I expected more.
