Curtis helped me pick out a perfect queen bed frame and headboard. He was very friendly and has a warm personality. I picked the bed frame and headboard up the same day from the warehouse where Brett wrapped my boxes in plastic due to the rain. He also helped me load the boxes in my vehicle. After setting up the furniture in my home, I could tell it was a good quality product. My experience was flawless- thank you Cleo's team!

Curtis was very nice and easy to work when it came to buying the furniture. But unfortunately when the delivery guys came to deliver they were hitting the furniture against the walls and the stairs in my home. When I showed the delivery guy Jay the marks on my dresser, he argued with me about it and said that’s how it’s suppose to be. No, it’s not. He wouldn’t even listen to me, he kept talking over me. We called the store to explain to Curtis about the marks on my dresser, he said send pictures so we did but he didn’t respond back.

I’m very disappointed in the service we received and how unprofessional they were at delivery. Do not recommend going with...

We were needing mattresses almost immediately because we just had our dad to need to move in with us this past weekend. Mr. Green was able to show us options that would best fit my father in law’s needs due to his age and mobility. Even though I know they are in the business of selling, we never felt like we were being sold to, if that makes any sense. I am so happy with the purchases I made at Cleo's in Jacksonville. Curtis was extremely helpful by providing a ton of useful information and he went the extra mile to make sure all of my follow-up questions were answered.
