Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

The food is mediocre but we all know that about LC. You go for the fast, in and out, service. That being the case, skip this location. We went several months ago and after sitting in the drive through for 5+ minutes without anyone speaking to us, we pulled around and parked the car to go inside. There appeared to be only one lady working in the refrigerators (which would have justified the wait) but when we entered, another worker came out from kitchen to take our order. I let him know that we were waiting in the drive through and no one came to us. Rather than politely apologizing for the wait, the lady in the refrigerators started coping an attitude with us, even called us liars. Needless to say, we went elsewhere to eat since I don't make a habit out of paying business to call me a liar. When we got home, we wrote the corporate office but several months later, they have not responded. I guess as long as they get your money, that's all LC cares about. I'm writing this review as I wait in the Drive-Thru line. I've currently been waiting for 15 minutes and I'm just sticking around at this point to see how long it takes before they actually give me a "hot and ready pizza". After about 10 minutes of waiting I knocked on the window and asked what was going on. And the teenager on the other side told me that she was sorry and that they had a very complicated order and she was " like freaking out about it" too( As she closed the window in my face before I could say anything). I finally got my pizza after 22 minutes of waiting. As i pulled of the attendant(did i mention she had a bull ring style nose ring in her nose?) Leaned out said "whoa..that's a huge line(drive through line) oh F@ck..."

Real classy place that appears to be run by only teenagers, with no adult supervision..

P.S. The saving grace was a girl that was wearing a leather choker neckalce. She unlike the rest seemed to be actually doing something and was busy the whole time I was...

This is the fourth or fifth time I have gone to this place and had to wait 20 or 30 minutes if not longer in the Drive-Thru when there was only two or three cars in line. It seems like either they won don't have enough people staffed or to just not very confident people to perform very basic duties there. When I call that location to find out if there was an issue in the kitchen if there was a problem maybe with their oven not working or something I ended up getting a person that was just being ignorant. Not sure what the slogan hot and ready is 4 if each time I go there nothing is either hot nor ready. I would much rather spend my money on Domino's or Pizza Hut or any other Pizza Company that makes fresh pizza. So don't bother even going to this location because they...
