I visited Dynamic Dental today for my semiannual cleaning and checkup. Emily was my hygienist today as she has been for the past 19 years. Emily x-rayed my teeth, examined my mouth for signs of cancer and gum disease, thoroughly cleaned my teeth, treated my teeth with fluoride, and still finished my appointment on time. She has been a true professional hygienist during all the years I have known her. She is also a personable, sweet lady who demonstrates a genuine interest and concern for her patients. A special treat during my visit today was for Dr Ward to do the final examination of my teeth and mouth. I have been patient at Dynamic Dental since I retired from the Marine Corps in 2001. I have received outstanding care there from a number of staff members. It seems that when a staff member leaves their replacement is just as good or better at their denfal office duties. I enjoy being treated at a dental practice where everyone seems to be genuinely concerned with providing the best dental care they can while working in a pleasant, happy environment. I recommend Dynamic Dental to anyone who is searching for outstanding dental care.
I went to Dynamic Dental again today for a 6 month checkup. A new young lady helped me get comfortable. She is an Asst Hygeinist. She took xrays of my teeth and made some other prep work until Emily came in to clean my teeth. They young lady was Alysa and is a very pleasant young lady. Emily was her always friendly, terrifically competent self. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. When she was done Alysa applied a fluoride treatment to my teeth. Dr Romulus came in and inspected my teeth as he always does. He is always personable and professional. I recommend Dynamic Dental tko anyone looking for top quality dental care.
I went to Dynamic Dental on 17 Sep for my semi-annual cleaning and exam. Holly was my hygienist and she did an outstanding job! Holly was very professional and personable, she made the experience enjoyable. After my cleaning Dr Romulus used a vacant chair to take impressions of my teeth for a partial plate they are making for me. Dr R took advantage of the empty chair rather than have me come back another day. That is a typical example of the outstanding personal service I have enjoyed at Dynamic Dental during the 23 years I have been a patient there. The people are very friendly and competent. There is Christian music playing in the background. I love hearing K-Love there. I highly recommend Dynamic Dental! They are a 5 Star...
Read moreDynamic Dental was the third dentist clinic we had consulted within a 3 week span for an implant that had finally come out after 20 some years. I wish I would have called to schedule there first. After previously getting a $9600 quote (with no payment plan options other than care credit) then an extraction from a dentristy school 1 1/2 hours away. I decided to check the Mediciad website one more time to find a local provider which felt defeating in itself as either they were no longer accepting new patients with state insurance, or the next available appointment was in the spring. I found Dr. Romulus's name on the approved providers list and called. What I did not expect was to get a new patient appointment scheduled only 2 days after my phone call. Grateful doesn't describe it. We went in at 9am and I went to take the dog out figuring we would have a bit of a wait, but when I got back to check in only minute later, by husband was already in the back finishing up his xrays which were done with a way more proficient machine vs the archaic ones with the giant arm winging by your head. I noticed he was much more calm waiting in the chair than he was on the drive over and I have no one to thank for that other than the technician Kassidy. she had such a friendly calming demenor and has such a natural way to put people at ease. She answered questions, explained our options and what to expect. Super knowledgeable and above all else relateable. It wasn't long before Dr. Romulus came in and his demeanor was the same. He did a thorough exam and explained everything on what the plan is moving forward. I don't know many people that like the dentist, but this is the first place I can say represents every bit of the 4.9 star rating they have. We have went from a place of discouragement to one of confidence looking forward to finally getting these dental issues fixed. Thank you to the entire staff from check in to check out for not seeing us as just a 'state insured case', but for treating us with compasison and care. I would recommend this clinic to everyone needing anything from a cleaning, to oral surgery. They...
Read moreI have had the most horrible experience with this office. Originally, I had an appointment for 7/8/21 and received a call from the office, the day before around noon, needing to reschedule my appointment. Even though it was inconvenient, I knew things happen and I understood so I agreed to reschedule. Mind you, this is the 3rd time that the office has had to reschedule my appointment, either the day of or the day before. My new appointment was scheduled for 7/27/21 at 8am. Sometime during the early hours of the night, I started feeling very sick with a headache, congestion, soar throat, mucus etc. I set an alarm so that I could call the Dentist office as soon as they open(which was 8am). When speaking to the receptionist, I explained the situation and she just seemed irritated. She said, “Hang on” and put the phone down for about 30 seconds. Once she came back to the phone, she proceeded to tell me that the earliest appointment wouldn’t be until September and that this is my second no show or last minute cancellation and if I missed another appointment I would have to be let go as a patient. She said that I decided to wait till 8am(when they open) to call. I could have left a message! I did not know that I could just call and leave a message. Regardless it still would have been last minute since they open at 8am. I thought I was being respectful by calling several times leading up to 8am until they answered the phone. Also, the 1st time I called to reschedule was around the time everything opened after the pandemic. I had an appointment at 8am, However, my daughter became deathly ill last minute and I was also 7 months pregnant. The receptionist I spoke with then literally told me then that since I called last minute that I would have to be let go as a patient! Both instances, I asked, what would you like me to do? Just come in with a fever or leave my daughter by herself because she wasn’t able to go to a sitter due to being sick? Complete lack of empathy! I can understand if I never called or I canceled without a...
