I have never wanted to just straight up leave a place because of service. The girl who was outside taking our order was so pushy! It was my first time there and all I wanted was an iced pumpkin latte. She asked if I had a number, I told her no. She literally kept pushing for me to give her my number so I told her I was out of state and probably wonât be here again. She proceeded to tell my friend and I that she was putting in her number in order to get a free drink off usâŚ.. anyways. I didnât get chance to read the menu so I asked the girl what a pumpkin blondie is. I kid you not she said in a passive aggressive tone with a smug laugh âitâs just our blondie⌠with pumpkinâ I tried to ask her what a blondie is because I had no idea and she finally told me. I responded with âcan I please get an iced coffee with pumpkin flavoring nothing elseâ. Again she did a rude little chuckle and said âwhat you donât want our blondie? Itâs just Carmel and vanilla itâs so goodâ I told her no AGAIN. It literally took me maybe like 5 minutes just to convince her to take MY ORDER correctly. She was just very rude and honestly she should NOT be working in customer service (coming from someone who does too đ) my friend even said that the other girl out taking orders was looking at this girl. Anyways we get to the window and get our drinks⌠and guess what?! She decided that I wanted a pumpkin blondie so thatâs what I got. It was horrible. It was too sweet, I knew I wouldnât like it but oh well I guess this girl thought that it was life changing and despite me CLEARLY saying no to the pumpkin blondie that I needed it.    Read moreSo my wife and I pull up to 7 Brew on 08/19/24 at 4:40PM. The girl with short blonde hair was rushing us on our order. My wife had asked for a drink that they didnât have yet as it was a âfall drinkâ so I told her I wanted the brewesta special I saw on the board and my wife orders a blonde. She hands us my drink and I ask if I can get cold foam on it and she looked bothered. We told her we donât mind paying for it but I had thought it came with it. She said there was no way to add it so no worries. Then a guy Iâm assuming to be a supervisor or manager pops out and proceeds to tell us âjust make sure before you order next time that you tell us you want cold foam because itâs more money.â We proceed to tell him we are willing to pay for it and that we had thought the drink came with it. He proceeded to tell us none of the drinks come with cold foam etc⌠we again reiterated we were willing to pay as we had thought it came with it. Long story short this is not a way to approach customers. Itâs rude your penny pinching over a $1 up charge or so? When we clearly stated we were willing to pay for it multiple times. The tone and looks on their faces during this whole ordeal over some cold foam was very evident that they were frustrated and wanted to make it a point to let us know we had to pay again which we were willing to do. What if we were from out of state? What if we never been to seven brew? This is no way to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS.    Read moreI went to 7 brew for a friend because she enjoys the coffee The lady that took my order, she was sweet and pleasant, but the lady that brought the drinks out instead of her, handing me my drinks sheâs goes to sit on the counter or wherever. thei Individual that brought the drinks out to the girl that her drinks were on the counter bar whatever it is called, or the girl taking the order instead of handing them to me when she very well knows theyâre my drinks so why wouldnât you just hand them to me and she messaged the cashier or the lady who took my order and she told her your drinks are over there on the stand wherever you call it.. So it pissed me off because she couldâve very well handed them to me versus letting the individual that took the order know they were sitting there when she couldâve passed them to me And this is why youâre getting one for service because it was rude and disrespectful to me because she was too lazy to hand me my drinks I donât know if it was a color thing, but Iâll take it as the color thing. and by the way, you wonât have to worry about me coming through that line ever again cause I do not play...
