So disappointed. Got a text saying I had $5 coupon off my purchase and today was the last day to redeem. I go in and order, put my number in and the coupon pops up on their tablet. I asked to use it and they said I couldn't because I didn't have enough points. The reward I clicked to redeem showed I didn't need any points. It had the word free underneath the coupon and it showed it expires today. The owner (I'm assuming) said I couldn't use it because the lack of points. I asked why it said free and why I would have received a coupon if I couldn't use it. He said he didn't know I shouldn't have. So I was confused and asked, so I can't use it? He said no. So I left. This establishment hasn't been open very long and I just can't believe the way they run this business. They have fruit flies, they are not friendly and they have kids running all around the store, they run outside in the parking lot in the back of the store all the time, unsupervised. I work near there and see this on the daily. And then to see how they deal with a situation like this when I have proof off your own equipment. Smh. I was so excited to have a healthy option like a juice bar near my job so I could hopefully stop drinking coffee as much but after the lady stopped working there that helped open the store the customer service has gone downhill. Good luck to them but I will not...
Read moreI walked in and the lady at the cash register was talking on her phone on speaker. She seemed annoyed I wanted to place an order. I ordered an açaí freedom bowl and she told me she doesn’t have 2 out of the three toppings that come with my bowl which were banana and strawberry, so I chose other toppings. When I recieved my bowl it had what looked like an ice cream scoop of peanut butter, 3 slices of almonds and cocunut and blueberry’s. Right before I left I looked back and there were bananas in the basket behind the counter. The lady at the register obviously lied about having bananas. And I realized it was probably because she didn’t want to slice the banana and strawberries, because she only gave me options of things she can throw on so she can go back to talking on the phone. My bowl tasted horrible, not worth the money. Update: I went back in, to just in to ask the lady why she said there were no bananas when there are bananas in the basket behind her just in case there was a valid reason that she said there was none or if they were bad or something. As I did not want to leave a review if there was a good reason that she did not have offer it. and she said she wants to save those bananas for another customer that normally comes in. So disappointing, I will never...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer for TWO YEARS coming 2-3 times a week AND as of the last few months bringing my son in to get a smoothie as well! I get the same order every single time for two years now it doesn’t change. I always add flaxseed to my order. I have the stamp tickets and today was one of the days where i got enough stamps where it was free. She charged me $2 for flaxseeds (The lady owner ) I said are you kidding me ? I thought it was an actual joke. I’ve cashed in my stamp tickets many times as I’ve been coming for a while and never am charged for my free smoothie points I earned. The lady really tried to charge me $2 to add the flax that I ALWAYS get in my shake! I’m 9months pregnant we’ve built a good rapport I THOUGHT, always chatting with her when I come in. I am truly in disbelief and it’s very upsetting. This is just poor BAD BUSINESS. Now unfortunately I will not be EVER coming back or any of my local friends. You lost a good loyal customer I hope it was worth it ! THANK YOU for quite literally...
