After days and days of intense internet homework I decided on Stressless and Himolla high end furniture for my Amelia Island beachfront townhouse. I spent hours and hours pouring over all details and pricing of zero gravity type european recliners and sofas. Although not the closest dealer European Leather in Jacksonville was emerging as the leader in the northeast Florida source for these products. O spoke with Chris as well as the owner and it was clear that they had the inventory on the floor and the pricing strategy to earn my business. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable concerning the function and quality issues of these recliners and sofas. I checked every possible source in the lower 48 and I could not beat their pricing. This was a major investment for me and value and pricing were critical components in my decision. I am so glad I spent the extra money for the quality level provided by this store. If you are looking for cheap throwaway stuff to leave when u move this is not your store. If u are looking for high quality goods that will last you for decades look no further. The entire purchasing/delivery process was perfect. The delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very professional and explained the operation of the power functions in plain understandable terms. The other stores I called either did not follow up on my request or the pricing was totally out of line. Chris gave me good information and great pricing without a lot of bait/switch back and forth like the others. I wanted to get this done quickly without having to wait on pricing approval from an owner or long deliveries from some warehouse on the west coast. They had the goods in stock and the entire process took only a couple days I am extremely happy with my new furniture....

My husband and I were SO pleased with every step of the process of purchasing a couple of Stressless recliner chairs from European Leather Gallery. The store is clean and inviting. It's run by the 3 nicest people (Dennis, Nancy, and Chris). We've met and interacted with all of them. As purchasing ergonomic chairs is quite an investment - we had lots of questions which were all answered completely. They know their products and are as excited about them as we came to be about them. We are so happy we purchased through them. And, as it turns out they are the 2nd biggest Stressless/Ekornes store in the country so we were able to view lots of options and pick out what we wanted. No one was pushy or tried to up-sell us. It was a fantastic experience.

As for the Stressless products - well, they are outstanding. Once you learn about them and how they are made you'll know why they cost more. We watched some television last night and I was stunned at how comfortable I was. No shifting around or slouching like I was on our old cheap-sofa-from-hell. My entire body felt relaxed. It was a new experience. Sounds stupid to say that about a chair - but it is true. It might as well be a magic chair. Watching television on the sofa before bed usually gives me a raging backache after I go to bed and in the morning. I just woke up from a great nights sleep without a backache for the first time in forever. That is priceless. I had to run right into my computer and give them an excellent review.

To sit in any of their chairs and sofas is pure relaxation pleasure. We looked for months for the right furniture then Chris showed us the Himola range and the decision was simple.
