My parents and I were looking for a new place to try and, very thankfully, this place popped up. Not really familiar with Peruvian fare, but this Sabor Mix was supremely delicious. Started with some tortilla chips and a duo of a mild, and hot salsa, and a delicious cilantro jalapeƱo cream sauce. As an appetizer course we got the Aji Amarillo ceviche and sweet Jesus was this some of the best ceviche Iāve had in a while. Incredible flavors and a perfect amount to share for two to three people. Our entreeās were no different, all three rang of fresh flavors, and brilliant taste. The staff were incredibly helpful, and were not bothered by the plethora of questions we had noting the fact that much of the menu has Peruvian food terms that we were obviously unfamiliar with, Iād like to say, bough th terms were unfamiliar, the flavors here are very accessible. If youāre looking for an awesome new place to try I certainly would recommend coming by and trying...

Service was friendly. Owner came out and said hi, made sure we enjoyed the food.
The presentation of the food was really spot on. And the cuts of everything were really well executed. Iāve never seen pineapple in such little cubes. š³
Anyhow, they have a really interesting mexi fusion thing going on. And I think theyāre on the right track.
The pasta we had was seriously tasty. The cream sauce was perfectly rich, not goopy, just right. And the flavors in the pasta weāre interesting and enjoyable.
I was happy to eat my Al Pastor tacos. But they didnāt have the ādown homeā flavor that some taco stands are able to get.
They looked great. But Iād rather them have looked a little sloppy and tasted more intense.
Overall very good. Price was good. And Iād definitely go back. I believe that as they get the menu dialed in, itāll be an A to A- for me....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSabor mix is a great Peruvian restaurant with authentic and delicious flavor! We have been several times before and went with some friends the other night. We ordered the tostones acevichados and bang bang shrimp, which were both great! Although a little disappointing that they could not bring it without cilantro. Our friends ordered the carne asada plate and the arroz con mariscos, which they both really liked. I ordered the tacu tacu aji de gallina, and it has been the best thing I have tried at the restaurant so far! Definitely recommend! My boyfriend got the churrasco, which is usually really delicious, but this time was really lacking in flavor. We also tried their passion fruit juiceāvery fresh and VERY sweet. For dessert, donāt miss out on the alfajores!
Definitely check out this place if you havenāt. Itās one of the better South American...
