Wawa — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I ordered and paid for a drink in the mobile app. After my drink was ready I go inside the store and then I also buy a banana and a croissant so I put those items at the register and the lady scans it and she asked what’s in my hand and I said its a drink that I had already paid for online and she said well you still have to show me and you still have to tell me. In the most rudest way possible there could’ve been a better approach to ask me. I wouldn’t mind. But it does make sense in order to get a drink from Wawa you have to pay for it first. She asked me if I want a receipt I said no and then I walked away and as soon as I walked away, she talks about me to the next customer and laughs like it’s common sense that you have to show me your drink the rudest witch I’ve ever met in my life. IF NOT FOR SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES LIKE Kit, Autumn, Brooke, Melody, Brody, and Cody and a few others that WaWa wouldnt be nearly as well kept smoothly running and a pleasant place to sit down and enjoy a meal. I have seen so many businesses with high turn-around employees and thankfully this isnt one of them. As a customer who regularly stops in, I can honestly say that they have some very hard working people who seem to care about customers and guests more than alot of the other Wawas i have shoooed at . They have a great overnight team and treat people with respect and kindness something that seems to be forgotten at bbnnsome of their competiters locations.
