Mixed feelings of Hope and Disappointment with the lack of support and encouragement nearly every day while I have been struggling with outside issues such as sleeping in a parking lot outside less than a mile from the school in the open without cover{{{{ due to the theft of my entire life and personal and legal documents, clothes, medication, tax information, Pexmore E-bike, cellphones, power box, pictures military records, medical records, bibles, school records, nonprofit inventory, and everything i have ever worked for my entire life and access to my emails and passwords, which causes a terror and fear inside me I cannot come close to describing in the amount of words given here. Yet being able to still have hope is all I have through this college right now not having anyone to reach of to because of Crystal Bartholomew @CubSmart on Beach Blvd illegally stealing my life from me. Putting that mindset of the terror I feel as far down inside me as I can by holding on to prayer and hope of Justice and someone standing up for me and what is right I throw myself into my college assignments. This Campus has so many amazing people that will one day and some currently change the world in a positive manner and I have met them through my studying and inquisitional questioning regards to classes. I have had mixed feelings, though going through a trauma may cause some one-sided thought processing, I will give the benefit of the doubts I have that there are those here who have the equal opportunity and non-judge-mental education of students as their of collaboration and assistance. Teachers and especially reasonings the students here are amazing and that goes without saying! Coaches Hale, Coach Eaton, Director M. Carpenter , and Support Specialist N. DeLoach are part of the amazing people at this College and who regularly make a positive difference in the lives of FSCJ students daily and who I believe gratitude should be granted in many ways !There is a vast number of other staff members her that I have yet met yet that make this a great experience and that includes the safety and security officers who have yet to show me any other reason but to be thankful to them. In addition, a great thanks goes to the IT gentleman on the Golf Cart who is always sharing a positive and warm attitude that has given me more than a few reasons to write a thank you. Lastly the Student Life is awesome along with those who run it, always bringing a little stress relieve and fun to the college experience with billiard competitions, socials, ice-cream days, and the occasional karaoke or poem reading events. As one of the largest campuses for FSCJ this one has many amenities and amazing people and I'm glad that I have the opportunity to continue my education through all my life...

I just finished my first semester here, so far I love FSCJ and this campus. This one of the larger FSCJ campuses and it's also a nice one too, I like how each building has its own subject for classes, with all the business classes being in the N building and math classes being in the G building, etc. makes it easier to navigate. Most of the staff I've met are also very friendly and willing to help you out! Most of the professors are also amazing and want to see you succeed! My only complaint about this campus is that I do wish there was a cafe or an on campus restaurant. The Deerwood campus has a cafe with amazing food and coffee but this one doesn't, they have an empty closed cafeteria, they should really work on finding a business or someone to put that empty space to use. The amount of times I've finished class hungry but had to either leave campus or wait until I've finished all my classes for the day is surprisingly high and I would have loved to have an on campus...

We had such a great time working with Florida State College at Jacksonville! The team there was super welcoming and organized, which made setting up and running everything a breeze. You can tell right away they really care about making events successful and fun for everyone involved.

Our team from Magical Memories Entertainment brought out a bunch of entertainment for their event ranging from a Walk-Around Juggler and Stilt Walker, to a Henna Artist, Balloon Twister, and Face Painter. It was a big day with a lot going on, but everything flowed without a hitch.

What really stood out was how helpful and friendly the staff was; they were there if we needed anything and made sure everything stayed on track. That kind of support really helps us do what we do best and make sure everyone has a blast.
