European Mix Grocery Market — Local services in Jacksonville

The most rude and impertinent store owner I've ever met. She sells expired products, from some products that are expired she deleted the warranty period, and she tries to explain to me that this is the way how the things are in Europe, she did not want to return the money for the expired products she sold, she started arguing with me, she started pushing me and she asked me to leave her store, she kicked me out, she calmed down only after I called the police and when the cop came she returned my money. The products are expensive and not fresh, the employees do not wear masks, and no one in that store is respectful of customers. I will never spend my money in this store again and I definitely do not recommend this...

Asked the owner for product she didn’t have, then asked her if she knew where an Arabic product selling store was and she she snapped at me , got offended and saying no she didn’t know anywhere and that she was too tired and worked 15 hour days and didn’t have time to think about anything else and had owned the store for years. I just asked her if she had the capability to hire people to help and she snapped again saying she had 4 employees…Won’t be returning. Tried to be nice and hold myself from snapping back. Today at 2:27 PM, 24th of June 2020. I called to ask if they carry Mulino Bianco cookies. I was informed it would be here this week when I visited two weeks ago. The lady on the phone told me "I do not "think" we carry that." Without even checking.... Very bad service. I buy european foods, hence being European and miss the food lifestyle.
