I had my first doordash experience today, and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone with this store. The experience I had with the store itself was why I was hesitant to try. Not only did I not even get my full order, but it was ice cold.
I called the store after my driver said the store was closed. (It was around 11pm when I place my order doordash stated they were open till 120. So I messed my drivers qnd he said they turned him down. I called the store and a employee picked up, he was very defensive when I asked if he had my order. He keep talking over me qnd interrupting me. I asked why he told my driver the stor was closed. Just told me he was working on it and got an auttuide when I ask if he could check my name for my order. So then I jist let it go knowing that guest service is not easy qnd it's been a long night.
I got my order and the first thing I did was ask my driver is this all they gave him? He told me yes. So I called back and , almost expecteding my phone call the lady that picked up transferred me over to the manager with out asking. He told me they were in a rush to close up because he hit his head. I herd laughing in the background as he told me I can come in qnd get my burger, and told me he was sorry and "I am sure I messed up iam so sorry." After 16 years of guest service I have never herd such an uncaring, Sympathetic response from "management" in my life.

Read more5:40pm Tuesday August 1st, I ordered the number 2 large with a drink and it taste like the person put ranch or extra mayo and ketchup on my burger, along with old tomatoes and lettuce, which made it inedible, plus SOGGY FRIES!!!(do y'all check your greasein the morning or is 1shift too lazy). I've now had to throw my $14 worth of food away, plus my beverage was messed up and had sweet tea or water in it that's the only thing the initially fixed because that's the only problem I saw until I unwrapped my food. We really gotta crack down on earbuds at this establishment,I witnessed enough headphones that corprate should be upset at them this is probably the reason my food was messed up. This is honestly the last time i go to this checkers location after the last management for night shift had to move. It's really disappointing to have a place like this that cannot make food right or even ring it up properly. I didn't get a receipt which I shouldn't have to ask for and no ticket on my bag to be able to go back and have it remade. (That's it for the good) Bad=so i had questions but they no longer have a human on the micc so i can only order to a recorded voice. I then drive up, hit opens the window, i immediately try asking him "can you tell me about your new strawberry bites"? & before i can even finish my question, he cuts me off saying "nope, sorry i know nothing about it" & sticks his hand out for my money. He absolutely didn't want to do ANY extra work, he just wanted me to pay for what i already ordered in the speaker & GO. So i just handed him my card, he IMMEDIATELY handed me my bag & walked away. It was painfully obvious he didn't wanna do any extra work, answer any questions, nothing. I remember a time when there was "up selling" or a company wanting suggestive selling. That's how they make money. But at the window, they just want to push you out, in fact the faster you leave the better. Not good for your bottom line.
